  The groomers here do any ok job…..but the service is HORRIBLE!!!! There is one lady with colored hair who is nasty! Horrible attitude, I wish I had her name so I could include it! My dogs also shake when they come here! Wouldn’t be surprised if they mistreated my pups! I will NEVER bring my dogs here again, it’s not worth it to deal with nasty people, for not good service! The girls at the Commack location are SOOO much nicer, and do a much better job. Will be telling everyone I know that has a dog to not come here! Deanna was the only good groomer they had here before she left, the rest are not worth the time and money!

  Their booking is very misleading. I booked an appointment for 750 in the afternoon due to my long schedule at work. I get there and everybody’s walking out. They leave at eight. I showed them my appointment and all they did was saying you got rescheduled and walked out I wouldn’t suggest getting work done here. They don’t really care about how they run things y’all need to Do better

  Their incompetence killed my simba and made my dog suffer for months. 2 visits went from 140lbs to 130lbs on second visit and claimed it was a bad tooth issue that was causing foul smell, (2yr old dog). Than down to 120lbs. Took him to Atlantic 24 hour hospital in bohemia were he died of kidney failure. Plus they found nothing wrong with teeth !! He suffered to much til the end !! If I got poor simba to Atlantic a week earlier there could of been a good chance he would of survived !! If your dog pisses clear and has urine type smell from breath get them help !! I found out too late. You think 2 visits to petco vetco the shitty vet would have a clue ? Anyway here is a picture of my poor simba.

  Don't go to petco/vetco if you love your dog !! Had my beautiful 2yr old black shepherd checked for strange oder from mouth and veterinarian said it was from a tooth and a bacterial infection. That was in May 2026. They said he would need to be sedated for the work and that the vet who does the work is on vacation and won't be available until end of July. I asked the vet are you sure it a tooth issue? She laughed at me and said yes. Well I had a fallow up visit in June a month later. He was 140lbs first visit now under 130lbs. I said something is wrong, but she smuggly laughed again. I said he's stopped eating and her reply was don't worry. And to come back in July to get he's blood work for his dental that was scheduled for end of July. We'll ( looking back ) my poor dog suffered so much in that time,. Well he's was getting worse and worse. So I took him to the 24 hour hospital Atlantic in bohemia and explained to there vet what was happening. And that he was scheduled at vetco later that week. They took Simba in for tests and said go home and we will call you. We'll 12 midnight I got the call to get to vet hospital. The vet said his Kidney is the issue and they don't believe he can recover at this late stage and Simba was suffering bad. Ps. The vet said if I got Simba there a week earlier that it could of been treated with antibiotics. We euthanized poor Simba that night. The people at Atlantic vet are amazing! But I can't get over what petco/ vetco did to me, my mind keeps flashing back to vetco idiots and that I failed poor Simba. I'm just a hard working man that should of got a second opinion for.my Simba. Ill leave a picture of him here, thanks for listening and hope things go better for your pooch. Dan Sullivan
