  We (me and my 5 year old son) are new to freshwater aquariums and slowly getting the hang of it. Unfortunately, we lost some fish along the way. I did my research and mollies fit in pretty well with my setup. However, Dalmatian mollies are apparently well known for not doing so well for a number of reasons. Well, long story short, they didn’t make it and Petco has a GREAT policy that allows you bring back your expired fish with a receipt within 30 days (I think) and get refunded or get more fish. So keep your receipts if buying fish!!! Anyway, my son and I went back and were helped by Diego who was awesome and incredibly helpful. We picked out some other fish that have been doing well so far. Diego got the exact ones my son pointed to and we were in our way. Thank you Diego!

  I had an amazing experience with Gina. She helped me pick out my betta set up and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She genuinely made my day.

  Canceled the emergency appointment the minute I showed up and said it was a no show then claimed the doctor already left they wanted to go on break then tried to reschedule me the next day like people have time and money to just drop everything like that disgusting attitude from all the workers if you treat people like that I wonder how you treat the animals when we aren’t looking deplorable

  The guy working the register and the girl mopping were very friendly but one employee in the back (a blonde woman working with the fish) made very rude comments to me and my gf, i went to ask for help she told me she was with another customer which was totally okay i just hadn’t seen the other customer when i had went to ask and then when I was waiting I saw the thing I was going to ask about and when she came to me and asked what I needed I said I found it and she made a rude remark about it being right in front of me then proceeded to keep saying ofc a man couldn’t see something right infront of him and if it wasn’t for my gf next to me I still be aimlessly waiting for her to help me because men r so clueless
