I am absolutely appalled at the customer service with the grooming department at this facility.
Go ahead and look at all of my reviews. I am not one to ever leave bad ones, but this place treats people with complete disrespect. The customer service is horrible.
They all need to take serious retraining about how to talk to customers and have some courtesy about others lives and schedules. At the end of the day, we are the ones that keep their doors open so they can collect a paycheck.
The story;
They called me out of the blue originally to fill their schedule.The girl on the phone sounded so nice to get my business that I decided to book with them the following weekend. On that call I even called my significant other asking her if she could change her plans on a Saturday morning to bring our dog as I was out of town for work.
She showed up 15 minutes early to the door locked and a sign saying the internet is out. Her standing at the door with our dog and people inside just looking at her. Meanwhile, I am here and called 15 times. No answer. Sent a text message. No reply.
When they finally came, they said that they cannot wash her because there's no way to check her out. But when the system's up and running, they will call her. She explained that she just drove 30 minutes to bring the dog, and we can pay cash.
With an attitude, they declined.
So I call and ask them why they cannot fulfill a bath and that I don't understand what a computer system has to do with an appointment that they asked for us to make.
She said, "Sir, I am not going to deal with you today," and hung up on me.
Absolute disrespect.
It makes me want to go next door to Staples, print out a massive sign, and picket ioutside that place for a next week, but at the end of the day, this is the only retaliation I will do. A boring little review. Oh well.
Although we are very upset, and our poor Rae Rae stinks, there are better people out there and better-run companies to do business with. Lesson learned. Breaking out the hose.
