  Terrible service. I was told i’d get the blood results from my dog the next day, it took almost a whole week for them to get back. I called them twice, the first time I called, the receptionist dismissed me because she could not find my dogs profile for the blood work. the 2nd time I called it seemed like it was the same receptionist based on the attitude. She found the profile and confronted me saying they sent a text confirming the results. I found that unprofessional because if i’m paying a huge amount of money for a blood exam I should be called and be explained in full detail what the blood exam results were. Especially since we got the blood exam for 2 things and one of the reasons is to find out why my dog is experiencing hair loss, and yet I have no answers to why this is happening. I also asked them to email me the blood work results so i can email them to my dogs general veterinary and have yet received an email with the results. I would not come back here and do not recommend others to come here either. Very disappointed.

  Dr. Michelle Shieh and her veterinary assistant were absolutely amazing! They were so kind and gentle with my dog and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I especially appreciated that they worked with me to come up with an affordable treatment plan for my elderly dog’s arthritis. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I truly felt that they cared about both my dog and our situation. I’m so grateful for their compassion and excellent care!

  Vetco was the PURFECT choice for my 1st visit for Monday. He was soooo comfortable with Aron. I enjoyed the way they cared for my pup.
