  I’ve had a great experience at Petco in Baldwin. The staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring toward the pets. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of products. I especially appreciate the attention and patience they show when helping with my pet’s needs. Highly recommend this location! 🐾❤️

  I just took my dog,Lola for the 1st time there to get vaccinated...the girls are really nice and it was quick...that will be her go to place for everything 🩷

  You have employees and managers and supervisors lighting Chinese lanterns in the section before entering the store. You have a manager/supervisor smoking a black and mild in that section lighting a lantern right below a fire sprinkler. You have employees lighting and setting off these uncontrolled lanterns while the gas station next to you while filling their gas with a truck which could cause an explosion. Honestly check your cameras. There are 3 employees involved in which I was there in person and wanted to leave. The employee Karen, her friend that is a manager, a woman, and a man with glasses doing overnight. Risking public safety, smoking black and mild in the building and lighting Chinese lanterns in the walkthrough to the store. I tried customer support, chat, nothing has been done. It is all on camera. Employees can be great on the clock, off the clock it seems no rules apply. Also the male that lit their lanterns was on the clock and getting paid while smoking a Black and mild and lighting a lantern for other employees and recklessly setting them loose. Corporate needs to do an investigation on these individuals. I was forced to be silenced but it is all on camera and I was there in person and not able to leave because my car was at one of their homes. I spoke to police tried contacting corporate and I got dismissed in chat. I hope and pray upper management looks into this

  If I could give zero stars I would horrible customer service the cashier called the lady behind me when I was clearly next so i let him know I was next and he still proceeded to scan the extremely rude customer who skipped the line. Im pretty calm so I let it slide but I had a 4 year old in my hand who can’t walk and was getting pretty heavy and another toddler at my leg with ADHD and was touching everything. I wouldn’t have been upset if i didn’t have my kids.Overall I feel like if I’m next in line I should be scanned next I’m not sure if it’s because I look young or but this was my first time experiencing something like this.
