  It’s fantastic in the sense that they offer a payment plan, most vets do not. Most of my experiences here have been nothing but fantastic. However, this last experience was frustrating!!! I have been calling since last Friday to get results of an x-ray. I was told the results would be ready by Friday and the doctor would call. I should’ve known that was not going to happen. I called Friday four times got nowhere. I called Monday. Left a message. Nobody called me back. I called Tuesday, someone told me their systems were down which tends to be happen all the time And that they took a note and will let the doctor know I called and they will call me back. They did not call me back. Here we are today Wednesday I called three times. On the third time, I finally got in touch with somebody they said yes I see we have your x-ray results, but I cannot Over them with you I have to have a doctor call you. I understand they are a business and they are busy, however, when you say you were going to do something, and you do not do it that is severely irritating and not great customer service.

  I've been bringing my cats here since 2008 and routinely, the staff have been skilled and caring. They were genuinely crushed when I called to report that my cat had passed. They understand how cost can be prohibitive and offer options for treatment. They also have a wellness plan you can pay into routinely that covers office visits so you can come in to address concerns without worry of paying extra. I crunched the numbers once, and it was a significant overall savings.

  I came in 6/22/26 for an appointment regarding my dog Coco. Dr. Ahmad, Mia, and crew took very good care of her, I felt heard and valued which I truly appreciated. The care that she received put me at ease and Coco will be on the road to recovery. Thank you guys!!

  We have been bringing our dog Macy to Bandfield for 14 years. We love it there. Great location but most importantly great staff. I can’t thank them enough for always going above and beyond.

  I was very pleased with the care our puppy received here. The staff was kind, and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. However, I was frustrated by the lack of clear explanation of the care plan. It’s more of a payment plan, and nothing is truly “covered.” Overall, good care, but I wish the communication around the plan was more transparent.
