Due to a software update, which I'm sure was completely unnecessary, this office is somehow locked out of my dog's account. As a result, I can't get her medications refilled, and she's about to run out. They had to contact the central office to get it resolved, but after three days, that still hasn't happened. I tried calling this office, but they never answer the phone, even before this issue (maybe corporate should let them have more staff instead of hiring the bare minimum). I called corporate, and of course the call center is closed "due to circumstances beyond their control." This is completely outrageous. If a dog does not have it's medications, then one would think this matter would be handled with some urgency, but apparently not. I don't blame the front desk staff. They're as helpful as they can be with the resources they have. But this place is run horribly, and I will never use Banfield again once this dog, who is elderly, passes away. And since we can't get her meds, then that may happen sooner rather than later. I've seen Banfield respond to other negative reviews. DO NOT give me an e-mail address to contact. You can give me a phone number where I can reach a living, breathing human to speak to, or don't even bother.

The people working here are so kind. They take your concerns seriously even if it feels a little silly. I'm a first time puppy owner and I feel like I'm calling constantly. But they answer all questions in detail and make sure your fully understand. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My dog came in for first exam and to get ear drops. She walked fine into the visit ate snacks at the visit and went home fine. I then gave her the medicine yall prescribed her and now 5 days later she is dead. I brought her back to your office and was told its gonna be over $450 and that she will still have to go to another vet after yall collect more money or if i dont pay then next route would be euthanization. Soon as I said I didnt have any more money she was taken off the table and I was told to take her home where she then died the next day.

Don't know why the vets became vets. They lied about my cats teeth said 10 needed to be extracted due to infection. Charge 200 each tooth took ny cat to a real vet and was told teeth were perfect. Please go to a real vet they only care about money at this place. Trash service the abuse animals by taking out their good teeth to fill their wallets

Our dog has been going to this clinic since we first brought him home as a puppy, and we’ve had a wonderful experience ever since. The entire team is friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about the animals they treat. Bri and Shannon are definitely his favorites—he gets so excited every time he sees them. They’re always so kind and make both pets and owners feel comfortable. Our first vet, Dr. Schell, really set the tone for our experience. She was incredibly thoughtful while helping us manage our dog’s stomach issues and took great care of him through his surgery and recovery. Her attention and compassion made it easy for us to trust the clinic and continue bringing him here. Since then, we’ve continued to receive great care and support from the team. One thing we really appreciate is the Active Wellness Plan. Having free office visits makes it easy to bring him in whenever something comes up, which gives us peace of mind. Overall, this clinic has created a welcoming environment and a team we truly trust with our dog’s health. Highly recommend!
