I came in 6/22/26 for an appointment regarding my dog Coco. Dr. Ahmad, Mia, and crew took very good care of her, I felt heard and valued which I truly appreciated. The care that she received put me at ease and Coco will be on the road to recovery. Thank you guys!!

We have been bringing our dog Macy to Bandfield for 14 years. We love it there. Great location but most importantly great staff. I can’t thank them enough for always going above and beyond.

I was very pleased with the care our puppy received here. The staff was kind, and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. However, I was frustrated by the lack of clear explanation of the care plan. It’s more of a payment plan, and nothing is truly “covered.” Overall, good care, but I wish the communication around the plan was more transparent.

I have to rate this place a 3 only because they have a couple of rotten apples working there. You can tell the people who care and who don't they never answer the phone or call back maybe they need to hire someone to answer phones hell I wouldn't mind answering the phones however they did have two people that stood out to me and I'm forever grateful for them my dog Gizmo did pass but they cared so much for him please don't let Dr.Aguayo and nurse Shannon go unnoticed they really are the gems of the company and they are the only reason I will come back for my dogs to see them other then that y'all need a new crew of people who care for animals and stop hiring anybody because they need a job.I love writing reviews and taken names so I really hope they get better people.

Due to a software update, which I'm sure was completely unnecessary, this office is somehow locked out of my dog's account. As a result, I can't get her medications refilled, and she's about to run out. They had to contact the central office to get it resolved, but after three days, that still hasn't happened. I tried calling this office, but they never answer the phone, even before this issue (maybe corporate should let them have more staff instead of hiring the bare minimum). I called corporate, and of course the call center is closed "due to circumstances beyond their control." This is completely outrageous. If a dog does not have it's medications, then one would think this matter would be handled with some urgency, but apparently not. I don't blame the front desk staff. They're as helpful as they can be with the resources they have. But this place is run horribly, and I will never use Banfield again once this dog, who is elderly, passes away. And since we can't get her meds, then that may happen sooner rather than later. I've seen Banfield respond to other negative reviews. DO NOT give me an e-mail address to contact. You can give me a phone number where I can reach a living, breathing human to speak to, or don't even bother.
