  DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!! I made an appointment and kept me waiting for hours! When I said I would take my pet and leave they still charged me for a visit even though they did not treat my pet. WARNING DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE

  Price charming was treated with love and affection , all labs , vaccines, and nails 💅 were cut perfectly 🐶

  Staff from receptionist to nurse to doctor, all were polite, helpful and caring. Really appreciated the high level of comfort as I was stressed out completely. Was able to get a diagnoses for my sick dog to which he was able to get treated. Go here if you want yourself and pet me treated with the most care!!

  I have had an incredibly bad experience with this place. Id give it 0 stars if i could. My first visit i arrived after a 30 minute drive only for them to tell me their online booking appointment was wrong and they have no availability. Tried to call to make another appointment recieved voicemail no return call so decided to try booking online again. They called this time and canceled it. Called back was put on hold for 20 minutes only for them to connect me to voicemail. After several attempts finally talked to a rather rude receptionist but made an appointment. On the way I almost got into a major accident arrived 9 minutes late I was shaking very rude receptionist could care less and turned me away saying dr couldn't see me now even though I called and they told me that as long as it was before 15 minutes id be OK. There was another receptionist there that said id be seen as well. Im not sure what that was all about but it's been a complete nightmare. The headache is not worth saving yourself a few bucks. Do yourself a favor and find an actual vet office. I do not recommend this place at all!

  It’s fantastic in the sense that they offer a payment plan, most vets do not. Most of my experiences here have been nothing but fantastic. However, this last experience was frustrating!!! I have been calling since last Friday to get results of an x-ray. I was told the results would be ready by Friday and the doctor would call. I should’ve known that was not going to happen. I called Friday four times got nowhere. I called Monday. Left a message. Nobody called me back. I called Tuesday, someone told me their systems were down which tends to be happen all the time And that they took a note and will let the doctor know I called and they will call me back. They did not call me back. Here we are today Wednesday I called three times. On the third time, I finally got in touch with somebody they said yes I see we have your x-ray results, but I cannot Over them with you I have to have a doctor call you. I understand they are a business and they are busy, however, when you say you were going to do something, and you do not do it that is severely irritating and not great customer service.
