Very caring staff and doctor in a difficult time! Testimonials : 1. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. 2. Great place! Dr. Fisher was terrific in explaining the issue then gave us several options. No pressure to hurry , very patient and time to think about our choices. True animal lovers but thoughtful of the owners too. It's a ten minute drive out of Carson but it is much better priced than anyone in Carson. Won't go anywhere else now!!

- KKKarenMay 8, 20265.0Dr. Fisher and her staff were helpful and compassionate and went above and beyond to get my dog's surgery expedited by the best experienced surgeon. I would recommend Washoe Valley Vet to any local who wants the compassion we rarely experience in these days and times. Definitely not a corporation - bottom line - profit seeking conglomerate. A breath of fresh air!

If they're running a few minutes behind, it's because Dr. Fischer always takes her time to talk with you and explains what's going on in detail. She answers all questions thoroughly and offers suggestions and advice. I've never felt like she's in a rush and is always willing to give of her time. I am so greatful that such an extraordinary vet and staff are here in our little community.
