Sorry but has become overpriced shots for 100 dollars, and then the vector worker we put the work off on me (like weighing my puppy and the doctor was rude condescending about if I took my puppy out in public 100 dollars for 10 minutes time!

Very rude vets. Poor handling of pets and very controlling. I understand worries about pets but being rude toward the owners because the dog is uncomfortable is bad business practice. We were told to arrive 10 minutes early and we weren't seen until 20 minutes after our appointment time. While we were in line I stepped over a line taped on the floor and was promptly confronted by an employee who said me being 1 foot past the line would be an issue. Control freaks to an extreme. I think this was simply the location as 2 days later our dog was groomed and at a different petco location and their was no issue at all

Don’t appreciate showing up on time, standing in line to be told that the person behind, who didn’t show up on time, was to now be waited on while I continue to stand and wait on my arthritic knees. Thanks much!!! The Washoe County Animal Services Vetranian clinic. Would have been a zero ratio if it was possible.
