Don’t appreciate showing up on time, standing in line to be told that the person behind, who didn’t show up on time, was to now be waited on while I continue to stand and wait on my arthritic knees. Thanks much!!! The Washoe County Animal Services Vetranian clinic. Would have been a zero ratio if it was possible.

Dr. Sarah Mahler is truly the best! She’s been incredible with our cat Buffy, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Buffy had her vaccination yesterday, and Dr. Mahler was so gentle, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. You can tell she genuinely cares for animals—Buffy was calm the entire time (which is saying a lot for a cat at the vet!). We completely trust her with Buffy’s care and feel lucky to have found such a compassionate and skilled veterinarian. Highly recommend!

Justin the GM at the Sparks, NV location was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, caring and understanding. I was having issues with the dog food and he helped me find which food would be best for my dogs and was very insightful about all beans and different proteins in the food. Definitely appreciated all his help.
