  There were so many dead animals in there! If your going to keep them in your store at least take care of them! My god they're living things! Poor things were probably starved to death or their environment wasn't well kept. Do better!

  This place does not deserve even one star. I am new to the Sparks area and have spent over $500 here on my two dogs in the last four weeks. Today, I returned to exchange a collar that got torn in olny 5 days od use - very poor quality. Unfortunately, I had misplaced the receipt. Instead of receiving understanding or assistance, I was met by a manager with dyed hair who was extremely rude and dismissive. Before I could even explain the situation, she repeatedly said, "No receipt, no return," in a raised and discourteous tone. I fully understand that stores have policies. However, good customer service is about treating customers with respect, empathy, and professionalism. A little courtesy and consideration would have gone a long way. It is disappointing to see a business lose loyal customers over such poor customer service. Because of this experience, I will never return and cannot recommend this establishment to others. Very rude, unprofessional, and discourteous treatment.

  I had been taking my German shepherd to groom there for the past year. The last time I was in there, our groomer Riley told me they can no longer groom her on Sundays because they are too busy. She told me when I arrived there that she had 4 dogs scheduled in the same hour and it would take her longer to do my dog. Mind you I book my appointment out every 10 weeks. I was fine with it. (But that's really not my fault they scheduled her that many dogs.) I picked her up and she never trimmed her nails or shaved her paws, probably didn't brush her teeth either. I was very disappointed especially paying $115. Just walked in there this past Sunday and the grooming place was empty. One dog in there. I think it was an excuse to not groom my dog anymore. I defiantly won't be taking my dog back there.
