  This place was disgusting and so sad to go to. There was dead fish in with living fish and when I told an associate, she was rude and dismissive. That’s very dangerous for the other living fish in the tank. The fish are kept in horrible conditions, this place should not have animals they cannot take care of properly.

  I have been going here to PetCo to buy stuff for my dogs and they get their grooming done here as well for the past year. The groomers are very nice and friendly. However, a few weeks ago I ordered online 2 XL bones and picked it up at this store in person. When I got home, I noticed I was given 1 XL and 1 L bone instead, so i went back to fix my order. The associate with dyed hair and piercings, Zee, instantly gave me an attitude when I went to the counter and told her that my order was wrong. While I was explaining the problem, she kept sighing and acted like she didn’t want to be bothered with this, like what? And she even made ME go and find the product in the store to get the correct size. She didn’t help look for it, just told me to go get it. And in the end, she didn’t resolve the issue. She said, annoyed, that the screen crashed and had a different employee fix the problem. She said that she didn’t make the mistake, anyway. He was nicer about it, just switched it and said it wasn’t a problem. So then why did she make it so hard for me? Honestly, I didn’t want to complain about this but when I took my dogs to their grooming appointment today, she was there. Behind the counter she held a piece of paper to her mouth and was obviously talking to her manager about me. The manager has been nice to me and I decided that I had to tell him about that situation. I don’t know if anything will done about her being so rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. I just had to make this review because Zee is always there and so rude. This isn’t the first time she was unhelpful and rude, there have been other times too, but this problem really stuck with me and was so infuriating. It sucks because there are good products at this store and the groomers are friendly, but Zee makes it hard to shop there without being judged. Don’t work there if you’re going to be like that to paying customers. I will continue taking my dogs to be groomed here, but I will avoid that employee if I buy something now.

  I went in to add more snails to my tank , and there was a step stool right there in front of the tanks, so I climbed one step and the woman employee yelled and humiliated me very loudly and snatchedddddd the stool very aggressively i still apologized and we were refused service.
