- SLStephanie Lashuk1 day ago1.0I expressed concern over a dosage that was prescribed for my cat for a possible ear infection. The doctor said that if I doubted her care, I would have to take my cat elsewhere and refused to continue seeing us. She abandoned care for my cat and I had to scramble to get him in with another vet elsewhere. It really left me and my cat lost and hanging. Not to mention the lack of caring she showed my animal.
- SHSkylee HuittSep 26, 20265.0Although their online scheduling service seems to be an issue and has been for a while (might need to get that figured out because most of the bad complaints seem to revolve around that) my boy and I had a great visit! I was nervous as it’s our first visit here, but check in was easy, the person at the front was great (I wish I got their name). The vet tech was so sweet! We saw Dr. Pepper, she was so great with my dog who just so happens to be a very anxious husky. She eased both of us. She did his vaccines and then chatted with me a bit about the husky breed! Truly can’t say enough good things. Very happy with all the care.

Get a call from some woman this morning to inform me they are canceling Yoda's appointment as they are not going to accept any new patients and we could see him sometime in October! Not sure if they canceled because of the program they have on line that new patients there first visit is free ,which was not my motivating factor to find a new Vet for Yoda.I just need him seen now! I've had him back to my current Vet office on 4 occasions,was seen by 4 different doctors and poor cat has had no relief, still has an issue and I have no idea of what is going on. I'm old enough to remember that my Vet was like my family physician.

This anxiety was soon assuaged when Dr. Hamilton called me with a detailed treatment plan. She was incredibly thorough and took time to answer all my questions. When I came to pick him up, I noticed she had 30 patients that day! As someone who works in human healthcare, I really respect Dr. Hamilton for being so thorough when she had this busy schedule.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
