Two stars because they were able to give my dogs their shots. I understand the staff do a difficult job all day long and that they had to work a Sunday- that sucks. At the end of the day this is the service being paid for. My dogs are difficult I’m aware that’s why staff were warned. The vet and vet tech made an unpleasant experience even worse with snide comments about my dogs and my care while also trying to upsell me on products. Rabies shots online are $40 but after services for two dogs I paid $180. There are better more efficient providers elsewhere.

The automated messages don’t seem to be working as far as confirming and notifying staff you’ve arrived at the appointment. They asked to be there 10 min early but they were 20 minutes late after the scheduled appointment time. They also seemed exasperated when dealing with our dogs. Yes, ours are a little more sensitive and difficult so we communicated it up front and instead of understanding that animals don’t like being stuck with needles in an unfamiliar setting, we suffered sarcastic remarks from the staff proving the vaccines. There are much better options: regular vet, SPCA, had much better experiences there and we won’t be back here. At least they got their shots ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I was running slightly late for my appt for my 2 kittens. (Barely late for one and early for the next time slot we had) I texted we were here and heard absolutely nothing. I waited in the car for 45 mins and didn’t hear anything (even after sending another text). Also I received a text only 8 mins before my scheduled appt that multiple cats need their own carrier. I do not have another carrier and was not given time to even prepare for that. I have kittens that fit comfortably in one carrier and didn’t think that would be an issue. I am very disappointed. They left me sitting in my car on a hot day with zero communication. At least text me and say they will or won’t see me for my scheduled time.
