- CDclaudia dasilvaJun 27, 20261.0Horrible experience at Petco with my Yorkshire Terrier. I explained the groomer what haircut I want for my puppy, and when I went to pick him up first of all instead of “Hello” I was greeted with “She is back” , I asked for my puppy and when they brought him back his hair was all chopped, and they immediately start complaining that that could not cut his hair because was matted. I brushed his hair at home before I took him there, só was not matted first of all, and his hair was literally chopped with scissors, I asked the girls to fix it and they gave me a dirty look and find all kind of excuses,. They were trying to convince me to shave him entirely because it is easier than to give him a proper haircut. They did not clean his ears at all, nails were cut only at 2 paws … Those groomers have no idea how to groom a Yorkshire Terrier, I would not recommend anyone taking their puppies in that place ..
