Usually, we have a great experience at Petco with the kids, but today when I went to purchase a mouse for my snake, I speak to the gentleman in the front, which was really nice. The guy with the beer and long hair. Great customer service give that guy a raise on the other hand. I was waiting over in the back by the mouth for us and then when I showed up, she was like yes I’m waiting for you. And then when I asked about purchasing the mouse, she said well we gotta go to the front and make an account or I can’t even sell you a mouse being very rude acting like we were inconveniencing her with her arms crossed all snotty in the back. so I decided to take my business elsewhere today, but the manager of this Petco seriously needs to put Jessica the girl with the dyed hair that was gonna help me with the mouse today. I think her hair was purple. She needs to go to Customer service classes you lost a good customer today. I’ll spend my money at the other pet store across the street anyway she was really rude. Made us feel like an inconvenience that she even had to go back and get the mouse and then an inconvenience that we had to make an account so do not go to this Petco if Jessica’s working
