  This was a great place-until most of the staff changed and a new person became manager: now they never have crickets and the staff is not friendly at all. I don’t recommend this store.

  Horrible customer service, I will avoid this location as much a possible! People working the floor.. made no eye contact and seemed to run he other way.. rather than greet you. Then the cashier Destiny was so rude! No eye contact, didn't even greet... only words or if her mouth were 'your total is.... and.... 'receipt?' I'm stick to my regular petco.

  I get my puppy Leo groomed here and have been very satisfied every time. The staff is always friendly also very courteous. I will continue to go here always

  The staff was great. I came in to buy crickets and they were out of them besides the tiny ones that was packaged up already but unfortunately they were dead in the container so I couldn't even get them. I told the cashier about them being dead and she said that she will notify the correct person to deal with it. She said if I found one that had some still alive she could give me a discount but it was not worth it. I went back the next day and the same dead crickets container was still on the shelves. So unfortunately it was also a bit stinky.

  Went in there to get FEEDER FISH for my daughter's turtle. This old lady pushing a Chihuahua in a stroller that was an employee REFUSED to sell us fish because we didn't have the right set up. Then told us we didn't have a big enough tank so she would only sell us 6 max. Then said nevermind because we lived an hour away and they make sure their fish go to a good place. THEY ARE FEEDER FISH. NOT PET FISH. I will most definitely not be going back there. We went across the way to pet supplies. I highly recommend them. They didn't have any issues selling us feeder fish to feed our turtle. And let my girls hold a ferret and a snake ❤️ Forgot to add. This rude lady ran to the front in a hurry to tell the cashier why she wouldn't sell is the fish 🤣 I will be contacting someone tomorrow morning. Very poor customer service. She was probably mad because I said I didn't like guinea pigs. She got attitude right after I said that.
