Since I adopted my cat in 2021 I've took her to this location only to see Dr. Waite as their other vet seems to think my cat is "too aggressive", i've had some minor issues but the most recent one i will not disregard. Nebby had a regular routine teeth cleaning, of which during the procedure the vet tried to reach me multiple times(I was at costco & missed the calls thankfully) claiming that she needed 5 teeth extracted... they didn't proceed as they couldn't get a hold of me. now when i went to pick her up & questioned about it their only reasoning to pull them out was bc they're "mobile" literally no other reason, but also said if i upped my tier on the monthly subscription that i wouldn't have to pay so much for the surgery, um what haha no that sounds like a money grab, keep in mind my cat's health seemed completely normal, no signs of pain when eating, drinking & playing like normal lol so i booked a 2nd opinion with Trailwood Cat Hospital (Dr.Anna is AMAZING!) who verified NOTHING is wrong with her teeth... PET PARENTS: if Banfield tells you that your pets NEEDS something, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM & GET A SECOND OPINION PLEASE! i can not imagine if i would've trusted them & my girl would've been down 5 teeth FOR NO REASON. do better banfield or just close down as ALL of your reviews are poorly rated, our pets do not deserve such poor treatment.

Very disappointed with Banfield and the service we got. I understand people get sick but the lady who checked us in had a horrible attitude. Then the vet came in and automatically told me my puppy is blind and needs to see a neurologist. When I said I wanted to leave and not get their monthly wellness plan they treated us even worse with disrespect. I will never go there ever again.

They have been wonderful with our dogs and when we have had to put them down they were very compassionate. Will definitely be taking our next dog there as well❤️❤️

I am very disappointed in Banfield. I was overcharged a payment of $92.00 when my payment should only have been $72.00. The excuse was that it was a late charge. My payments are withdrawn every month. I want to be reimbursed $20 or I will no longer do business with them. No payment was ever declined.
