Coral was wonderful. Very friendly. Dr Goodman was great. Easy to talk to. He didn't rush the visit. I would definitely recommend this Vetco. Annalise was great!

If you are looking for a NON intimate corporate experience, this place is for you! I wouldn't take my dog there.. Oh, wait, I did take my dog there. Anyway..They promise no UpSell but they can't seem to help themselves. You will see 3 different people before the doctor. The 3rd person will whisk your dog away to the "Exam" room where the exam takes place (Without you there). The doctor arrives (Noworyta??), gives her assessment. Any question is met with the "Im the doctor" attitude which I detest. One thing I loved about my vet of many years is that he aways started with an assumption that maybe its something simple.. and would prescribe a basic medicine first.. Not here, only after a battery of tests will they prescribe. They return with an itemized list of things they recommend..All in the name of giving a proper diagnosis. The whole experience felt scammy, i may have been a little curt with the doctor, but it felt like a mill. Stay with the small town vet. This may very well be how ALL corporate owned vets act these days.. IDK.. Just my 2 cents

I would never bring my dogs here again. I normally go to the location on Blue Diamond but they were closed and I needed an immediate appointment. The veterinarian is passive aggressive and rude. I was given misinformation previously on how often I should be bathing my dogs since the breed is prone to skin issues. I let her know that and she spoke to me in a condescending tone. I will continue to go to the Blue Diamond location they are kind and my dogs love it there and they love my dogs.

I had a disappointing experience at Vetco due to the staff’s lack of attention to detail. I visited to have my cat’s microchip scanned, but they failed to locate the existing chip and proceeded to implant a new one. Now my cat has two microchips, which has created significant complications for my future international travel plans. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, as it causes unnecessary stress and potential issues for pet owners. I hope Vetco improves their procedures to ensure such mistakes are avoided for others.
