  My dog needs medicine - said medicine is over $35 more at the clinic vs purchasing on THEIR website, so I went in for a prescription and purchased online. It’s been days and the vet still hasn’t approved the script. I’ve called in for days, no one answers the phone. Seems like no one cares about the health of my pup since I elected for a prescription instead of paying them directly. Corporate greed and lack of genuine care shows heavily here. That was apparent when we were informed my dog “WILL be leaving with a rabies shot” as I forgot to bring his records in, as if I was going to allow them to double inject my baby. He has an active infection, so the vaccine wouldn’t take anyway!! Horrible experience. Edited to say, calling does nothing! Now I’m being rushed off the phone and put on hold “to get a dog into surgery,” as if my dog doesn’t matter! 5 DAYS later, still no prescription/approval!! The vet actually CANCELED my order and keep telling me she approved it! This is the SECOND prescription I submitted and PAID for without approval! She sent me out the hospital with a RX that was missing instructions! Just careless on their end and no one will help resolve the issue! I requested a manager and she’s “unavailable.” Absolutely ridiculous.

  Great clean facility and super nice staff. They will talk with you about all the options and are not pushy. Several packages that bring down the price, to choose from if you are getting all those vaccines for young pups. I would recommend this location if asked.

  I have had such awesome experiences at this vet office! They are all so nice and great with my pets. I specifically love how great they are with my cats. You can tell how much they care for them, and the nurse, Kaylie, is the absolute best! My cats have been so stressed out to the point where I would cry because I felt so badly for them at many other offices, but not here. They are so good with them! Thank you for being great! I will be back whenever I need a vet. :)

  Thank you. Seriously, just listening to me worry and cry about my baby boy. I appreciate that the vet and technician explained things to me, provided me with options for next steps, and genuinely listened to my concerns. Means a lot to this fur baby mama.
