It’s been days and the vet still hasn’t approved the script. I’ve called in for days, no one answers the phone. Seems like no one cares about the health of my pup since I elected for a prescription instead of paying them directly. Corporate greed and lack of genuine care shows heavily here. That was apparent when we were informed my dog “WILL be leaving with a rabies shot” as I forgot to bring his records in, as if I was going to allow them to double inject my baby. He has an active infection, so the vaccine wouldn’t take anyway!! Horrible experience. Edited to say, calling does nothing! Now I’m being rushed off the phone and put on hold “to get a dog into surgery,” as if my dog doesn’t matter! 5 DAYS later, still no prescription/approval!! The vet actually CANCELED my order and keep telling me she approved it! This is the SECOND prescription I submitted and PAID for without approval! She sent me out the hospital with a RX that was missing instructions! Just careless on their end and no one will help resolve the issue! I requested a manager and she’s “unavailable.” Absolutely ridiculous.
- JBJoJo B.Mar 21, 20265.0Great clean facility and super nice staff. They will talk with you about all the options and are not pushy. Several packages that bring down the price, to choose from if you are getting all those vaccines for young pups. I would recommend this location if asked.
