The staff is excellent. The assistant manager went out of her way to make sure everything I needed was taken care of and helped me to find the things that I needed without any hesitation.

PETCO has groomed our Dachshunds for several years. Always a positive experience and the dogs are comfortable with the groomers. Friendly staff and a clean facility. Prices are reasonable for the service provided.

This place has gone downhill big time. I brought my pet I. For grooming. I waited and waited then finally this lesbian chick came up and helped someone else then not even acknowledge me and just walked away when it was done. Pretty sad, I ended up waiting longer for someone else to help me. Then later waited 4.5 hours for my dog to be done. Pretty sad place. Thumbs down all day! You figure you pay $70+ for a grooming and you should be treated with some kind of respect!
