  This Petco is the #1 pet store I go to. The store employees are very nice to very one. They help you out with anything you need. They all take Pride in their job, including the animals that they have, from the reptiles to the fish to all the fur babies. They go above and beyond to make sure they all stay healthy and are being taken care of before they find a good home to go to. I highly recommend everyone going here it is a great store to have a good experience!

  I can’t say enough good things about Petco! The customer service is absolutely top-notch—every time I visit, I’m met with knowledgeable, friendly staff who provide thorough, accurate information about my animals. The manager, David, is always so helpful—he went above and beyond when we recently bought another reptile from him. The entire team works together so well, and the management is always there to support us. I couldn’t ask for a better pet care team!! Thank you so much Petco!! five stars!”⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Dave the store manager at store is extremely incompetent and down right rude. They do NOT care about their animals. They give false informs in regards to their animals care and well being. I have multiple reptiles, I have been caring for multiple ball pythons and I decided to purchase one from them (big mistake) upon trying to investigate the care of this ball python I was give false information (about the feeding type, schedule, age, even sex) when I brought the reptile home I started noticing some issues. I went back to the store and asked what this reptil was being fed ( I was told frozen thawed fuzzy mice which by the way would be way too small for her) I was met with the store manager telling me I have no idea who told you that they are fed live. I told him his “reptil expert” told me this. He then got extremely defensive and agitated and told me he was the manger so “who should I listen too” when I asked what the next steps to take in order to make sure that this ball python would be taken care of health wise Dave told me I had to bring this animal back to the store so THEY could take it to the vet. THEY DIDN’T EVEN KNOW WHAT ANIMAL HOSPITAL MY BALL PYTHON WOULD BE GOING TO!!! I expressed that since they can’t give me any proper information I do not feel comfortable having them take this animal and I would at the very least want to be there and he aggressively said “This is the only option”. Needless to say I called cooperate. BUYER BEWARE

  The staff are amazing but we bought fish 2x now we have established tanks. 1 a t time we got 2 cory catfish 1 was ok but 2nd had no tail when we took out of the bag(fin rot) died the next day 2nd one died 2 days after. Gave the body back for credit got 5 neon tetras 2 died on the way home(2 miles away) 1 died after a few hours and the 4th died after a few days. 1 out 5 left. Went to a different fish place got 5 fish total and theyre all still alive 2 weeks since we got them so I know its not the water nor is it how we transported them either(they all were held in my lap) so yeah not gonna buy fish here ever

  Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Petco. I was excited for the reptile sale they are having and showed up today with the hopes of getting some new pets and an enclosure. The animal I want did not have a tag so I asked one of the staff members to please tell me the price and they said OK and left after 15 minutes. I asked them again. They still have not gotten the price. I waited an additional 1520 minutes and then I saw the staff members helping other people… So I went to the cashier asked them for the price and they could not give me an answer and told me just ask somebody else I walked into the store at 10:15 and I left at 10:55 empty-handed. I love Petco, but this store clearly does not want your business. Please do not go to the store. It’s a waste of time.
