  The manager working on Monday at 1 pm, May 18th, answered my questions fine until I got to price matching questions on ember tetras I purchased. In store they are $3.49 and I had my app to price match as usual as they always do nicely. However, this turned out to be a chore as he disengaged from the conversation with a “No, we don’t do price matches on fish policy.” I was confused since on the app I have their store as MY store in the app and here their ember tetras are ‘in-stores’ only and shows to be $2.99. I genuinely don’t care about the difference but I showed frustration how this was misleading and it frustrated me more when he was completely done and showed no further options or looked to other stores with the same price. The coworker that checked me out was a total gentleman and I appreciate him for that as he watched it all go down and apologized when he did nothing wrong.

  Absolutely love this place. They have an extensive variety of pet supplies AND pets. We looked around for at least a hour, the next best thing to the zoo, lol. We were there to get my granddaughter a fish, we found a beautiful Beta, and she named him Brad.

  Our cat Romewlus needs his yearly shots however he has outgrown our cardboard carrier so I went to Petco to purchase a more reliable one. 🤓✌️✅

  You need a new receptionist. I almost felt as though she was mad at me for being late, no smile, no empathy, just a blank stare while I figured out what to do with my sick cat. Being late is definitely a me problem, life happens, my cat got sick at the worst possible time in my life, and depending on what is wrong with him, I’ll most likely have to sell my trailer and move in with friends to help him (he means that much to me), so it would have been nice if she would have exercised a bit of compassion. I’m starting to feel as though the economy isn’t the only reason tourism is down in this city.

  I came to the pet clinic for my Granddog and decided to buy her a bed they had a sale the bed I picked said EXACTLY what the bed said. I had a worker help me and she confirmed then the Manger David rudely came over insinuated that the bed was moved to fit the price and the tag is only saying that a bed on the wall was set price, I asked how are your customers supposed to that in this store that the tags that match the sign and was helped by a worker doesn't mean anything. David again rudely said ill show you in the front of the store or not. Ill never come back to that store off Rainbow In Las Vegas 😒
