I've been taking my dog to Petco for quite some time for her grooming. I think the services are awesome. The only thing I question is why would there be a 5.99 materials fee separate from the cost of the grooming? Clearly there can be no bath without shampoo. Also as someone new to the Las Vegas area the way people don't let you finish a question is kind of discouraging. I've had that happen to me so many times and I end up just saying never mind and not going back to the place where they did it. i'm a New Yorker. I know how rushed people can be but this is really ridiculous to be honest. I was trying to ask about a tooth spray and the young woman who wasn't my groomer started telling me she got sprayed down. So I said okay never mind that wasn't my question but that's okay. There are a lot of groomers out here though. I think I'll trry someone new next time. Someone that includes the shampoo in the price of the grooming .Alejandra Thenk you for the great bath!!

Employees are rude. I had my service dog with me and a young girl with darker blond hair working literally saw me walk in with my dog in a harness and on a leash. We needed a different harness for her so my husband and I took her harness off to try others on. That SAME girl came to the end of the isle where we were and asked if she was our then proceeded to tell me she needed a leash, no shit 🤦‍♀️ SHE HAD ONE! So then if that wasnt enough she ran and told another male employee who also approached us but he had a slip leash. 🤯 None of the employees were dog friendly and all looked at us like we were wrong for bringing her with us

I’m not a fan of this Petco but it’s the closest place for me to buy dog and cat food. The thing that annoys me the most about this location is they never have crickets for my tarantulas. If they do, they are pre bagged in huge quantities. Today, I called ahead to ask if they had them and she said they did. I arrived 10-15 mins later and the shelves were empty. I asked someone if they could help me and they said to give them a minute but they just disappeared and I waited for a bit before leaving.
