Let me start by saying I have been to this location once before for grooming and they have impressed me the first time as well by their kindness. After that I ended up moving across town and started going to a different location in Henderson, I have never had problems there before but today they called me 30 mins after I dropped my dog off to come pick her back up because she is being too dog aggressive (which I told them before and they knew as well and like I said it’s never been a problem before at that location or any other one) and they can’t do anything but brush her and I still had to pay for that. I called 2 other locations to see if they can do my dog today, and if they don’t have too many dogs there right now and they both told me they couldn’t take my dog. I finally called here and ended back up at this location. They said they were very short staffed today but they still took the time to squeeze me in last minute and were so very accommodating and nice about it, I told her if she can’t do anything but a bath that’s fine but she said she’ll see what she can do. Needless to say she did everything I previously asked for and even charged me less and gave my dog a cute bandana. She said my dog behaved well and wasn’t really reactive towards the dogs that were there. I couldn’t recommend this grooming location more, and I’m so very appreciative of them for squeezing me in and working with my dog even if it could be a little difficult at times.
