  Absolutely love this place! The staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable, and they have a fantastic selection of pet supplies. My pup always gets excited when we visit, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of everything we purchase here!

  Awesome! The she/her dey dems lady was quite the help! She went above and beyond to guide me towards a cheaper alternative in the dollar bin near the exit. SHE was terrific, even through hearing about her "partner" rant that was unnecessary, I had no issues, I will go back to listening to the mental illness to get 12$ worth of catnip to become 5$ worth of the same exact brand plus the toys and a ton of more product. Thank you to the they/dems for making my shopping cheaper! Thank you!!!!

  I had a very frustrating experience at this Petco location. I placed an online order for in-store pickup, but when I arrived, I was told that someone else had already picked up my order — even though I never authorized anyone to do so. This clearly shows a failure in their pickup verification process. The store manager, Jess, was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility, she told me to contact customer service, acting as if this was not the store’s problem. There was no apology and no attempt to resolve the issue. Handing over an order without checking ID and then refusing responsibility is completely unacceptable. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer protection. I have already filed a complaint with customer service, and I expect a formal apology from corporate, the store, and Jess. This situation should be taken seriously, and appropriate disciplinary action is warranted. Very disappointing experience. I would not trust this location for pickup orders.

  Excellent shopping experience Josh and Ed at the eastern and serene location were extremely helpful and both went above and beyond in helping the family and I find the right pets to go home with.
