  Dr. Callahan and Melissa were the perfect match for my niece's dog and I'm so so grateful to have had their help. Vets are probably one of my biggest stressors in life because of the big decisions that usually need to be made and Dr. Callahan and Melissa both exhibit the BEST bedside manner and compassion you can get. Thank you so much for making a hard time easier, truly. Highly recommend, and appreciate.

  I was 3 minutes outside your grace window and was told you wouldn't see my dog and that I needed to reschedule but as long as I rescheduled instead of cancel, then I could transfer the $25 I already paid to the new appointment. I needed my dog seem quickly so I looked into other places where he could be seen. I ended up calling back and rescheduling for a Friday appointment and was told that I needed to pay another $25, that I forfeited the other $25 because I didnt reachedule in the same conversation that informed me of my ability to transfer it to the new appointment and asked how I would be paying the $25 for the new appointment. I told whoever I was speaking to that they suck. Because the way this was handled sucks. Someone called me back after I hung up and I answered saying I wasnt interested in using your services anymore. At all. In fact, I'll discourage everyone I know from ever using your services. Your customer service sucks and so do your policies. If i could give a negative score... I would do that. Enjoy the stolen $25 you got out of me. You guys suck. Side note... same day visits, and walk ins available with the vets at Petsmart. They gave my dog treats, everyone was sweet and affectionate with my dog, he got his nails trimmed, and the customer service was A+. No underhanded fees or sneaky policies. Completely opposite from my experience with Island Pet Hospital.

  i was looking for dr callahan online as he’s the only vet i ever brought my cats to & was so sad to see he’s so far from where i live now :’( he’s awesome though, i highly recommend him. so much so, i almost considered making the trip out just for him!

  I went there today to get my guinea pig's nails cut and checkups and Dr Callahan was so wonderful. So is the staff they were all so nice
