  EDIT or UPDATE: It is even worse than I described. During my dog's initial examination—which took place without me present; he was taken away with the words "we'll just weigh him" and then simply examined—he was so traumatized that he now reacts with panic to veterinarians, urinates on himself, and tries to bite! He has never done anything like that in 10 years! If he doesn't get over this panic, any future examination will have to be done under anesthesia! Aside from the cost, that isn't good for his health! I am absolutely appalled and am seriously considering seeking legal counsel! I can only say this again and again: If you love your animals, give this veterinary clinic a wide berth! And to the Banfield team: I certainly won't waste my time sending you emails! If you want to know something, you are welcome to contact me here via Google! Bad – worse – Banfield? If I could, I’d give zero stars or even less! This is the second time this chain has performed so poorly! The staff are only interested in revenue, even at the animal's expense! This location interrupted a dog's ongoing course of antibiotics for a week because no vet was available; then, at the appointment, they prioritized a vaccination over the animal's actual treatment—and tried to administer it against our wishes, despite severe jaw inflammation! Unfortunately, I wasted my time giving them a second chance after we moved. I will never entrust an animal to their care again—not even in an emergency or as a last resort!

  Took my cat here for the first time and he did great. He was not stressed at all and was able to get all his tests done. He’s my world so if he’s happy, I’m happy! Staff are all nice and the vet takes time to talk with you and answer all your questions. I signed both my cat and dog on wellness plans and feel good about the service and price. We travel over the road as truck drivers so having access to vets is important and Banfield makes it convenient.

  Took my daughter there for her cat. They were so nice and explained everything and answered questions. What we thought was the end for her poor car ended up with meds. Awesome staff!!

  Talk about horrible phone service, if the call alone is enough to push someone away with a short attitude like on the other reviews, no wonder this place is plummeting.
