You can truly tell how much she loves the animals she cares for. She took the time to make us feel comfortable and treated our pup with so much love and kindness. What really touched us was when she even kissed our pup goodbye. ❤️ That small gesture meant so much and showed us that she genuinely cares about her patients. We are so grateful for the care and compassion Dr. Ghattas provided. Truly an amazing vet and an incredible person. 10/10 — highly recommend Dr. Sandra Ghattas! 🐾❤️

The entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the well being of every pet that comes through the door. The clinic is well organized, appointments run smoothly, and the staff always treats both me and my cats with kindness and respect. A special thank you to Dr. Stacy Sultan-Vincent, who has been absolutely wonderful with both of my cats, Taro and Willow. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to providing the best care possible. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explains everything clearly, and never makes me feel rushed. Her calm and caring approach helps my cats feel comfortable during their visits, which gives me so much peace of mind as a pet owner. It’s clear that everyone at this Banfield genuinely loves what they do. I always leave feeling confident that Taro and Willow received excellent care. I highly recommend this Banfield location to anyone looking for a veterinary team that is professional, compassionate, and truly puts pets first.

- THTravel Small Live Big (Heather)May 7, 20265.0We had a great experience here! We travel full-time in our RV and needed rabies vaccination and our dog's flea, tick & heartworm meds. They were able to squeeze us in without doing a drop off. We arrived early (towing a trailer - plenty of parking) and I checked in 30-40 minutes before our appointment and they said to go ahead and bring our dog in. We waited 2-3 minutes - they immediately took our dog back & did what was needed. Vet brought her back and everything was great! We would definitely use this vet if passing through Las Vegas again. Thank you!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

Hospital hours and services vary at some locations. If your pet requires immediate care, please call ahead so we can ensure your pet’s needs can be met and advise you on next steps. What preventive pet health care services does Banfield offer?
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including:

• Comprehensive Examinations
What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
