  Im happy with what they did , my dog is happy with what they did. Hair cut ,shampoo ears ,nails, teeth , all good. Friendly staff , I will go there again.

  Excellent customer service. Kelly, the owner, was professional and easily reached by phone. Attention to detail with necessary paperwork and vaccine info. Appointment was on time and my pup was eagerly greeted. The appointment took less than anticipated time and he was well groomed. The facility was clean and modern in a great location amongst other pet related businesses. Highly recommend and will be returning when my pup needs another grooming.

  Great Groomer,I love the way my pet looks. I'm sure he will be much more comfortable for the upcoming hot days ahead.

  We confirmed the correct guards with the owner the day before and reviewed instructions again at drop-off. Despite this, the same guard was used on the entire body. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced poor communication at this location. Customer service from the owner also feels dismissive. Friends of ours have had similar experiences and have since stopped coming — likely be doing the same.

  This is our first experience going to Well Groomed. Our Shih Tzu, Eddie, received exceptional care from groomer Rie. Eddie looks amazing, and we are thoroughly satisfied with the service provided. Rie even identified an ear infection that Eddie had been experiencing for some time, as I had taken him to the veterinarian the same day. The veterinarian confirmed the presence of the infection for an extended period. Our previous groomer had not noticed the issue, likely due to a lack of attention to his ears during grooming. It is unfortunate that Eddie did not exhibit any signs of discomfort, to us. Only first signs of discomfort was when this groomer was cleaning his ears. If you are seeking the best care for your family dog, Well Groomed is highly recommended. Their services are exceptional and have exceeded our expectations.
