  I ordered two bags of sustainably yours cat litter ($47 for one bag) for same day delivery. They outsource their delivery to DoorDash. No one will take accountability but either they gave the door dash guy the wrong amount of bags, or the door dash guy forgot to deliver one of the bags. Either way, only one bag was delivered. I called petco, they said they don't have it. They said to call door dash. I called the driver, he said he doesn't have the bag. So I call petco again to see about a replacement or refund. They said the DoorDash driver took the wrong order and will bring it back. I left my number to call me so I can pick it up. No one calls for a couple hours so I call back and they say he didn't bring it back, to call DoorDash as petco is the 3rd party company even though I ordered through the petco app. Long story short, I messaged the help chat on petco and the rep gave me a refund. Instead of directing me to the correct solution in the first place, they just want to divert all blame to door dash. I won't be shopping with petco anymore. I most definitely will not use DoorDash again.

  My dog ran out of food, so I thought it would be convenient to use Petco's free same day delivery service. If it wasn't for Petco using Doordash as a courier for their same-day delivery service, I'd probably rate them 4 stars. I don't recommend using Petco's unreliable same day delivery service because DoorDash can barely dispatch a driver to pickup your order. And what's crazy is I was tipping very well so I'm assuming DoorDash isn't being transparent and fair with the tips or pay. Smh... No one bothered to pick up my order for delivery. I won't be using Petco for same day delivery ever again. Next time I need delivery, I'll just stick with Amazon.

  Wow right from the moment we walked in and said we had a return Brandon was rude. It only got worse after we brought our items to exchange. I admit I mistakenly thought it wouldn't have been a problem that I used their tools to get the plants myself rather than waiting 20-30 minutes for assistance like we did the week before. I now know that's an issue. He then said theres nothing wrong with waiting and went off on me. He was so confrontational, rude and completely out of line. I had immediately apologized stating I was only trying to help. He became threatening, saying he's calling the manager. I agreed and told him I was no longer comfortable. When she came out he explained his side of the situation as did I. She was actually not a jerk and handled the situation well. He even asked her should I even go through with the sale. After the manager walked away he became even more rude and aggressive. I'm guessing because we were allowed to make the purchase after all. We made an honest mistake & apologized, there was no need for such aggression! The other issue is he is an awful representative for your company, he is unkempt, surely and highly unprofessional. We also had to ask his name as he was not wearing a name badge. He rudely stated it's on the receipt. I did call customer service and emailed my concerns. No one should be treated like that.
