- DRDella RedAug 15, 20261.0Very unpleasant manager, middle-aged female with dark hair. Wouldn’t sell me a catfish and goldfish together because it was company “policy” that they can’t be sold together, even though I told her they would be going in separate tanks. I have 3 tanks, and own many fish, most of which I’ve bought from Petco (and Petsmart) and I’ve never been told that I can’t buy goldfish and catfish together in one transaction. Um ok, then what prevents me from coming back the next day and buying the catfish?? Stupid policy (if it even is one). I brushed it off and decided to go with another fish in a tank that looked like a dojo loach but wasn’t (I guess it got put in the wrong tank?) and she also refused to sell me that one! She said “there’s no SKU for him, so I can’t sell him to you.” I really wanted him and insisted she just give me a price (she said he looked like a koi? so give me the price for a koi) and she still refused. Then she abruptly left mid conversation when I was still trying to talk to her. Such a weird and unpleasant experience. Apparently I’m not the only person who had a bad experience with her. A reviewer from a few months ago said the following: “Worst manager, female with dark hair, I have a 29 gallon tank, that she refused to sell any fish to me for, Because she didn’t believe my own testing and felt like it was to small of a tank. It’s insulting and I will never do business again I will stick with PetSmart from now on”
- CSCynthia SanchezJul 30, 20264.0It’s a great place to socialize your dog as they welcome dogs on a leash. There were many aggressive dogs there which was kind of surprising. I really appreciated the clearance rack however I found that a lot of the items in the store are very overpriced compared to what you could shop for online. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They do have puppy classes.
