  I have gotten my hamster here, got my dogs toys here, got her cage, saw the budgies and am going to get one from here around Christmas, the only thing that gave me four starts instead of five is that there was a conure here named Circus and he was depressed and laying down staring at me, his cage was very small and he was not affordable.

  For the most part, I had a higher expectation for Petco in our little hometown until this evening, when one of the associates came up to me and asked if I was finding everything alright. I told her yes, I believe so. Her remark back was” well good because you have a minute and a half to check out because we are closing soon” I was amused! Ok store associate don’t be honki dori to close the freaking store when there is potential in gaining money for the business not only that but supporting the local animal shelter. So guess what lady, you just lost your business quite a bit of money by rushing your customer out the door.

  I just had the rudest, unfriendly, great big attitude experience in this store. The cashier obviously didn’t want to be bothered with cashiering this morning. I’d find her replacement soon. I definitely won’t be back. Not for a long time if at all.

  Staff was very helpful and friendly. Love the variety of supplies and that the store is now carrying Badlands Ranch.
