  Inhumanely housed lizards. All the bugs for sale are already dead and grossly undercounted. The 4 count hornworms have 1 worm in them. Dubia roaches, all dead. You’d be lucky to get 20 superworms out of a “50 count” container. This is not new here. Employees of course do not care if you ask about it.

  Charged me double what other retailers and their own website advertises for a box of treats. They wouldn't/couldn't look up my receipt using the card I used.

  Got all our dogs vaccinations done in one spot at one time. Kind of pricey, and they're not willing to give you a better deal. If you bring in five dogs like we did, they charge us full pop other than that got done.What we needed to get done.

  I have been shopping at this Petsmart for 15 years! Missed them being my regular though during rhe time i lived in Reno and Sparks. So glad ro be back permanently in the area ! The store is the cleanest i have ever seen it , and with incredibly happy, helpful , and knowledgeable staff! If you want to shop where you and your pet,please take them along , are well treated and helped, where your pet is spoiled and truly cared about, this Petsmart and its staff are the store for you! Their special events and holiday events have returned also ! Monthly birthday bashes and gotcha day bashes, and Sample Saturdays, and more ! Great staff they have here and the store looks clean and amazing!
