  Dylan is outstanding! Great customer support! He always helps me when I have questions regarding my two pets! I want to mention…the store is well stocked and very clean! In the past, I went to Petsmart. Not anymore!!! Customer service is terrible! All the employees are very helpful at PetCo! I only shop PetCo for all my pets needs!! I find everything easily accessible and available. Again, five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Dylan and the employees at the Santa Fe Store!!! A special mention for Dylan who is very nice, Professional, and always helpful!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I enjoy browsing because the store is very clean and someone is always available to help me regarding my pets needs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the Santa Fe Petco! Thank you for your outstanding customer support!!!!😊

  I had a problem with a duplicate charge for an item, and Melinda went out out of her way to help me in every way she could. In the end she was able to resolve my issue, but the entire time she was positive, engaged, and clearly determined to help me in every way she could. I've had nothing but positive experiences at the Santa Fe NM Petco store, and this was one of the best. Thanks Melinda!!!

  Lots of good and useful pet supplies, and staff members were accessible and helpful, but the store itself seemed dilapidated. The shopping carts were rusty, and I felt the need to wash up after using one.

  The store itself looks a lot better than it did 6 months ago. I was ready to never return the last time I came in. But I stopped by tonight and the younger girl “Kasey” was astounding. Extremely knowledgeable and her customer service was extraordinary. She also talked me into buying some extra treats for my fur baby while checking me out at the register. I joked that she could sell ice to a snowman. They better hold on to her as she was greeting everyone that walked in, and seemed to be doing everything by herself all at once. I didn’t even see another employee in the store. I Haven’t seen that great of customer service in a long time. Definitely a huge asset to the company.

  Dillon is awesome! He helped my mom pick out fish for her tank today. He was a wealth of knowledge when it came to which fish would do well with each other and with the fish she already has. Not only was he extremely helpful, he was very kind and very patient with all of her questions. We also appreciate Jeffery when he helps us with our fish needs.
