Dead Jackson’s Chameleon in a tank at this locations reptile display. Animal was obviously malnourished and in poor health before dying. Inappropriate care for this species. Animal was in the process of decay and was on full display for everyone to see. Terrible.

I love coming to this store! I always find something my babies "need"! Like a Supergirl Halloween costume! Or new Delectable Treats for my kitty!

Outstanding! Petco Associate, Ashley, made this visit for my husband and I, and out Maltipoo, Girlie Girl², an amazing experience! Being a Vital Care Premier member for several years, I was sad upon learning that the program had been replaced with a new Pet Perks option using a points system that I didn't understand. I had already lost points because I did not understand the program. I was sadly going to cancel our membership, but first stop at our local Petco Store one last time to stock up on our Girlie's food and ask for clarification of my understanding of this new program. Ashley assured us that Petco had not done away with the Vital Care program and had only made changes to it in order to make it more accessible for members. She thoroughly explained the changes to the program in great detail and to my satisfaction. She pulled up my account and explained the current status on points and discounts. We had lost the 50,000 points from July, but we had accumulated 100,000 points from August and September in addition to our 10% discount on food and member store discounts. We stocked up on our Girlie's food, and bought a cap for her daddy that read, "Leader of the Pack" priced at $6.49 from the 50% off rack. After points and discounts were applied at the register, our total out of pocket cost was $3.37 from what would have been $43.23. That's a savings of $39.86! With the exception of $3.48, my member points and discounts paid off 2 months of membership premiums! Thanks Petco! Blanca Hernandez-Nino, Happy Vital Care Premium Member

I have considered not purchasing anymore from Petco until David began working there. He is a great asset to Petco. I will continue to shop there because he has provided the best customer service that I have ever had at this Petco. Thank you David.
