She told us it would be “one minute,” but then continued stocking shelves while we stood there waiting. We waited another 5 minutes before we finally had to ask someone else for assistance. What made the experience even worse was the attitude and rudeness we encountered. There was no sense of urgency, no communication, and no effort to make us feel like our business was appreciated. We shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask for help just to get basic customer service. I completely understand that employees have other responsibilities, but ignoring customers and then being rude when they ask for assistance is unacceptable. We came in ready to spend money and left feeling like we were an inconvenience. Very poor customer service. Management should seriously address how customers are being treated at this location.
