  Dog Nose Balm for my English Bulldog, that’s what I wanted to ask about, and know more about. Check out this nose! The team here at Boofy’s Best really helped me! They knew a lot about the different types of balms, and recommended a product. They said I could bring it back if it didn’t work. Wow! I used it for Suzy the Bulldog, and it has worked great within about 4 or 5 days. I highly recommend this team, they care, and are super helpful. Thank you!

  I love Boofy's, their staff are great, products are great, and Fat Katz is great! But I couldn't finish my shopping today because it was so hot in the store (literally 80 degrees) that I had to leave early. I started getting dizzy from the hot stagnant air, and the dog another customer had with them was panting like crazy. I don't know how any of the employees are managing to come in every day, because they're also often doing a lot of physical labor too. I'll go back when the AC is working or on, or wait until fall.

  Staci and Hannah were so so nice and knowledgeable about pet care. I had such a good experience and will definitely be coming back. Give those ladies a raise!

  I used to really like this store, as the product selection is good (if expensive.) But I've noticed more and more problems. Management is incredibly aggressive to the cashiers for one. There's never enough employees staffed at a time, and the cats don't seem to get very much attention or adoption interest. I feel bad for them because it'll be the same cats for months and months and they never have enough staff to allow for you to go in and hang out with them. They will also blatantly tell the employees to follow people around who are not white or who "look homeless." I've seen this happen more than once, which is insane. Despite the cashiers usually being very pleasant and helpful, I'm uncomfortable coming here anymore because of the clearly bad management. I hope they find somewhere better for the cats to go where they will actually get adopted.
