- SNStephanie NissleyJun 29, 20261.0Do not use this animal hospital!! I tried to cancel my plan three times now. The first two times where about two years ago and they are still charging me. They would not give me a refund for all the time they where charging me when they where not supposed to. They have not been cooperative at all and have been nothing but a problem!! I will NEVER be using them again. They are a total rip off.

I thought because it’s hair or not however, the top of her head down to her chin it’s more like a tabby, cat head and chin and it’s for I have no idea how she could’ve got that she is an indoor outdoor cat. I called Banfield actually I called several people to see if I can get her into a vet and find out if they can help her with what I thought it was an infection In her ears, no one had an opening so I wind up going to PetSmart Westside Albuquerque make an appointment there and got in in a couple of days with two young women the Vet and her assistant were awesome. They were so gentle with my cat or my cat was totally freaked out and they handled her perfectly. I would advise anybody to go there. I don’t know why I never went there before I thought you had to have an account you had to pay every month blah blah blah, but that’s not the case you can if you want to The service that we got way beyond what I expected, not just from them, but from any vet Awesome they were above and beyond

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
