- KJKatieAnn Juanico1 day ago1.0Long wait times just to check in. As me and my dog were waiting one of the employees chose to have a non-work related conversation rather than check us in. Unprofessional staff.
- RVRichard VasquezOct 5, 20265.0Great staff! Professional and friendly
- DDDebOct 3, 20261.0Had wellness visit on 09/29/26 at Rio rancho clinic. I had difficult time getting a clinic visit with me present vs drop off. I was never told in April 2026, at my first visit, that they wanted only drop off as that way they could make more money by seeing more animals as they would not have to interact with the owners. The vet even told me seeing more pet's equals more profit ( and this was more important than truly caring for your fur baby). I waited 2 hrs for this scheduled ( under duress) visit. The exam i insisted be with me in room. It was brief and not thorough. I had to correct them on information that was not in chart or was inaccurate. I am very angry with this experience and plan to cancell my wellness program and already have a visit scheduled with another vet.
- HHhelgeson544Sep 10, 20265.0They are so good with my animals, and they listen to my concerns
- MKMonica KnisleyAug 28, 20265.0Both Dr. Padilla and Dr. Parker are amazing this clinic has always taken great care of my cat Nacho. I definitely recommend them. My boyfriend works as a vet assistant and I'm so glad to have met him before I got Nacho because idk if I'd find such a great clinic on my own. Even when he got a UTI and thought he was blocked they sent me to a great Emergency Vet Clinic.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
