Worst place to take your pet. They just take all animals in the same room and make them wait unreasonably long and do nothing. Had to just leave.

If you’re going for anything but a routinely check up I strongly avoid this place. My cat was having a handful of health issues which I took her to get examined for. I brought her 5 times in one month and I got different answers from each doctor such as upset stomach and no findings in any of the screenings and test donee. Finally the last doctor who examined my cat told me to take her to the ER saying what she has is life threatening. I took her immediately to the ER where the doctor said she was having heart failure and had fluid building in her lungs , following this she had passed. My family and I are devastated at this as our cat had been part of our lives for over 12 years and now she’s taken from us.

I would give negative stars. 1st visit, waited over 2 hours. Did not clean cats ears, didn't cut her nails as requested. Purchased their Wellness plan. Took her again. They Wanted another blood test for over $300. Didn't check anything else. Took the cat to another vet. Cat had a fever, gave her a shot. She is now doing great by an experienced vet. Now I'm stuck with their expensive Wellness plan monthly. So very disappointed with your factory money making stint. You don't care

I am so highly disappointed in my visit to this hospital. I took my cat here to be treated at 9:15 I arrived 15 minutes early just to wait 30 minutes before I was seen. Once seen I was told that the cost of treatment and membership for my cat would be $150 I said okay let’s proceed and she told me it would be 1 1/2 hours my cat would be ready for pick up. 2 hours pass and no word on my cat I get there and I’m waiting another hour for my cat. Once I was finally able to checkout I was told that I owed $250, this was $100 more than I was initially told by the tech who spoke with me. My cats hotspots don’t seem to be getting better and I’m locked in with this hospital now because I took on the membership big mistake! I mean they didn’t even give me a cone so my cat could stay away from the wound I had to buy one myself, I highly recommend not going here they really just robbing people.
