  Well first I had a difficult time trying to find what I needed everyone on the floor didn't know where anything was because it wasn't there store eventually I found what I needed

  The staff was very helpful courteous friendly and very pleasant they help us with such warmth. They were also very informative about items we ask about.

  I am writing this review, strictly for the poor customer service that was displayed at the Petco WEST ORANGE. I arrived two minutes before closing and called seven minutes prior to closing time to inform them that I will be picking up my cats litter. I understand it was towards closing time however when I arrived, the time was still 8:58 PM. Technically, the store closes at 9 PM so that would need any shoppers inside. The building would be able to finish their purchases and be able to head out however with the doors not being properly functional based off of an previous customers complaint who left something inside as she was trying to return to get it mentioned. The manager on duty would not allow me to enter, and I understand by the time they arrived it was 9:02. By deliberately closing the doors early, they denied me access from shopping
