- CDConnor DamaschiAug 19, 20261.0Leia had an ear issue so I took her to the vet and there was a follow up visit today and they tried to charge me even though last time they said next time I would not pay… I remember specifically because the cost last time was so much so I asked how much it would be next time and if the second vaccine doses would cost more for the third appointment they said no charge for next time but yes charge for vaccines which made sense to me… I brought her in to check up on her ear and they had my waiting almost an hour early in the morning no other pets in the clinic and they weigh her check her ear and tell me she needs more medication but they don’t give me any and tell me to use the rest the rest that was only gunna last me one more day? So I’m getting charged 60 dollars to have my dog weighed? And another 70 to tell me what they gave me didn’t work fully yet and also hey we don’t have anything else to give you and just use the rest, And the lady at reception is like oh yah there’s a credit from last time then nevermind then let me go ask let me see what I can do… just shameless scammer behavior do not take your pet here. I also could overhear them outside the room talking about giving her the wrong medication for what she had

- TKTara KJul 23, 20261.0I’ll never forget the time they saw my sweet dog for a cough, told me he had cancer and was not going to make it. Before I could even grasp the news of what I was being told, they asked for immediate payment. I only brought $400 cash thinking it would be plenty to cover a basic sick visit. They would not let me leave, made a big fuss and then started reviewing the bill with me to show me what they could take off if they didn’t proceed with certain tests since he was not going to make it anyway. Dealing with this while I received some of the worst news of my life, I felt they were desensitized and had zero compassion. Still scarred
