  I had a grooming appointment for my dog at 1:45pm. I called to say I would be a few minutes late and I was told it’s ok bc you get a 15min grace period and to make sure I was there by 2pm. I walked into the store at 1:58pm. I waited for the groomers to get done with the 2 dogs they had. The groomer comes out at 2:25pm and ask how can I help you. I said I’m here for a grooming appointment and she says sorry you’re late I have to cancel you. The customers with the 2 dogs vouched for me being there prior to 2pm as they were there waiting with me. The groomer gets the grooming manager and the manger says you were late so we canceled. She says I seen you when you pulled up. Mind you the curtains were closed in the grooming room. I asked her if she seen me pull up than what vehicle did I pull up in and she says the grey one. I was in a big black truck. Instead of saying that they took longer than they expected they tried to put the blame on me. I talked to the store manager and he was just looking lost and confused although he said yes I seen you were in here for a while bc he was working the register. I called corporate bc this was very unfair to me. The managers did not conduct themselves in a professional manner and try and make sure the situation was handled of resolved. Even with proof of the customers and cameras they tried to make me out to be a liar. I would not recommend this store to anyone who wants a good and fair experience.

  Went in for grooming my Shiba. Celeste was absolutely amazing. Shibas are very temperamental and do NOT like to get groomed. My Shiba is very dramatic and does the Shiba screams but she was able to handle him so well! Will be going back.

  They did a great job grooming our boy and they are always nice and helpful when we go in to shop.

  Very fast, checkout, friendly customer service and they also gave me a $15 off coupon which was really helpful. My dog food is expensive thank you guys.
