About

VeterinarianAnimal HospitalEmergency Veterinarian ServiceVeterinary Pharmacy
Bond Vet - Union brings modern and convenient veterinary care to the Union, New Jersey community. Bond Vet offers primary care and urgent care for pets, which means we can see your dog or cat (usually a same-day appointment) for symptoms that require timely medical attention — a wound, a rash, diarrhea, a persistent cough, a behavioral change, limping or other non-life-threatening symptoms, as well as for routine wellness care and vaccines. Bond Vet’s mission is to strengthen the bond between pets and people through better vet care. We pioneered urgent care, discovering a clear need for timely but not quite emergency care. Because our team is experienced in both GP and emergency medicine, we can offer everything from annual wellness exams, vaccinations, spay & neuter, mass removals, dental cleanings, and specialty surgery, all under one roof alongside urgent care. We know pets and people haven’t always enjoyed vet visits, and we are working hard to change that. A Bond Vet clinic is clean and welcoming, with treat bars, soft lighting, sniffable spaces, comfortable furniture, and hydration stations. Before, during and after your visit, our knowledgeable team is compassionate, caring, and completely dedicated to providing best-in-class medical care for your pet. We’re big on convenience at Bond Vet, making it easy to book appointments (usually same-day or next-day, or you can simply walk in!), chat with our medical team, access your pet’s medical records and more. Plus, our telehealth services can save a trip to the clinic while also giving you peace of mind; we can even prescribe and deliver medication if the treatment plan calls for it. At Bond Vet, you’ll always be offered multiple paths for treatment, next steps and diagnostics, and you’ll never be pressured to spend more than you’re comfortable with. On top of that, we’ll save you time by helping you file claims with pet insurance companies. We built Bond Vet because we wanted to modernize the veterinary experience for today’s pets and pet parents, and we think you’ll enjoy our approach. Bring your pet for primary or urgent care — Bond Vet - Union is located at 2401 Route 22. Call us, walk in or book online at bondvet.com.

I am writing this to warn every pet owner out there. I brought my dog here, they dismissed her symptoms, refused to do extra testing, and sent us home. They later called with abnormal results but gave no answers. My dog is gone now because of their negligence on day one. If you love your pet, do not risk their life by bringing them here.

Trash vet. Find a local or home vet. Brought my 9 week kitten in for his first check up, when the initial nurse assistant came in I got a weird vibe from her and I was right because my kitten is socialized and has never hissed at anyone but she was the first. His hairs were up the entire time she interacted with him. The assistant spoke very quickly and the entire interaction was rushed. The nurse Ms. Hinds came in and she wasn't terrible but she also isn't the best… her attitude seemed positive, she spoke clearly, BUT she was giving sales rep the way she was pushing certain procedures. I was unaware that it is possible to be with your pet when doctors are administering procedures on your pet, but after a quick google search I was informed it’s best you see everything they do to your pet to ensure their safety and comfort. In the future I will not be going back there (I should have listened to the reviews and word of mouth), I found a vet with great reviews, I will be going there. Overall would not recommend Bondvet.

What an amazing experience! Our Frenchie CoCo had a slight limp when walking, and we were concerned. Fortunately, this location had an available appointment right away and saw us as soon as we arrived. The facility was beautiful, clean, and modern, and everyone was so friendly! CoCo definitely felt safe and comfortable. Overall, the visit was informative and positive. We left feeling reassured and well cared for. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place. Thank you to the staff for their love and dedication!

Professionalism from the door. I took my dog in to do a wellness check on my dog because he was ill but it turned out to be worst then we expected. The vet told me my dog my baby was with lymphoma lumps all over his little body. He had to be euthanized right then and there.. They talked to me and explained everything the whole process even let me spend as much time as I needed with him. Even the cremation process was done with much love ❤️ and care the staff was great they showed my husband and myself a lot of sympathy and care at a time of grief. Highly recommend 5 star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank and highly recommend the kind and wonderful people at Bond Vet. The price was fair and reasonable for the care we received, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. One of my biggest concerns was being pressured into unnecessary costly testing, and I did not feel that way at all. My poor 15-year-old angel Bichon suddenly started having difficulty breathing. I had used a televet first and did some research, so I knew what to expect. Bond Vet immediately took my little girl in and gave her care and oxygen. The veterinarian spoke with me honestly about what to expect and asked about my hopes and expectations. We agreed to try medication first to see if it would help. After a few hours, we both came to the same conclusion. She did not improve and was struggling to breathe without oxygen. I have never cried so much in my life, but I felt she received amazing care, compassion, and dignity, and I was able to say goodbye to her peacefully. Chrissy had a special story. She was my mom’s dog and loved and cared for my mom for the last 14 years of her life. My mom passed away from cancer last year. I’m thankful my mom did not have to experience losing her, but I also realized Chrissy’s mission continued a little longer—to help take care of me too. I wish she had more time, but her mission was complete. She ran and played almost until the end of her days. I am truly grateful for the kindness, compassion, and help that Bond Vet showed us during one of the hardest days of my life.
