  Staff and management were extremely rude and unhelpful. They refused to take a return online order even though it is in their policy to receive and process online orders. They did not explain to me why but they were extremely rude. I am never coming back here.

  I had to do a return that I purchased online. The cashier, Dani, looked and acted drunk. She was apparently so tired that she even put her head down on the counter while waiting for the computer to pull up the information. I asked if it would go back on the card and she said it should. I said store credit is fine also. Then she mumbled that I got it free with my rewards. I repeated that it was a return, not a purchase. This led to even more confusion, so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager did not come up for a full 15 to 20 minutes. I finally received my dtore credit and did not even receive an apology or sorry for the mistake from the manager. Really horrible customer service and it's obvious the manager could care less which is why the associates feel it is ok to sleep while taking care of customers...

  I took my puppy to get her first haircut. When they called that she was ready I was excited to see her but not after I paid a full service plus tip which came out to 100. When I picked her, her hair was still long. They said the puppy did not cooperate but yet they charged me for a full service of cut plus the add on of nail buff. I was very disappointed. They could have given a small discount being that the groomer was not able to cut at all.
