  Dr Beeber is very straightforward and practical when treating his vet patients and we only go for him here, always highly recommend him. Receptionists were sweethearts and the sweetest. There is one vet tech there that is incredibly rude and lacks empathy. Does not seem welcoming or kind when this individual enters the room. Minimal complaints about this vet except for her. If you're treating little loved ones show a little more sympathy AND empathy, we're trusting them in your hands... ***the other vet techs are the kind it is just one that we did not feel comfortable with the care of our four legged friend!

  The worst Vetco vaccination clinic I’ve been to! My dog was scheduled to receive a routine vaccine, but the veterinarian was unable to administer the shot because my dog was nervous. What was frustrating is that the doctor made only a brief attempt before telling me to come back another day when my dog was calmer. I’ve taken my dog to several other Vetco locations, and the veterinarians and technicians there have always been patient, experienced, and able to safely handle my dog for his vaccinations without issue. This was the first time we were turned away without receiving the vaccine.

  BUYER BEWARE. Vetco Total Care will NOT honor the prices on the Petco website. Had the absolute worst customer experience today bringing my dog in for his annual check-up and vaccines. The woman who greeted me had no customer service skills whatsoever. She did not introduce herself to me, explain her title or who she was. She did not greet my dog or appear to even like dogs. She did not help get my dog onto the scale to weigh him. Once we were in an exam room, she asked us what services we wanted, then proceeded to show us a cost estimate for OVER $900. OVER $900 for a routine wellness exam and a handful of yearly vaccinations. I asked her why this price was so much higher than the package on the Petco website. Based on the Petco website, it was supposed to be the $155 Maintenance package plus one a la carte vaccine. She said that those prices were for the SUNDAY CLINIC only - even though the clinic is in the exact same office, in the exact same store, accessed through the exact same website, with the exact same appointment scheduler and records portal. I asked if there was any way we could get a discount or price match and she said they're not the clinic and they don't have clinic prices. So if you go on the Petco website and book an appointment for a Sunday, you can get the $155 package. If you book an appointment for a Friday then you have to pay OVER $900. I asked to speak to a manager and she claimed she was the acting manager. I don't believe this for A SECOND given the way she treated me and my dog. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. We left without getting anything. It is absolutely unreal how this is not a bait and switch and how Petco is allowed to operate this way. DO NOT GO TO VETCO.
