My dog was refused a grooming since he was too anxious but I still got charged for shampooing and nail cutting. They should have noted the dog was anxious through the whole experience and called me right away. How do you charge me $52 for shampooing and nail cutting that I could have done at home. This was a bad call on the groomers part that they called me after the shampooing and nail cutting

I went here twice and unfortunately wouldn’t go back. My dogs first grooming appointment was scheduled about a month in advance with Annmary. They like to constantly remind you to cancel at least 48hrs in advance but it’s funny cause I was notified literally the day before that my appointment was moved 2hrs later, which didn’t work for me. I had to reschedule for the following week. When I called and asked why this was done so last minute, I was told that no one knew why. I think maybe she moved my appointment around to make room for someone else which is unprofessional because she didn’t even call to ask if it was okay first. When I went the following week, my groomer, Isabella, was very nice, but there were a lot of additional fees since my dog had some tangles and long hair. I understood then because it was her first time and her hair was long so she needed extra work. However, the appointment took an extremely long time, like more than 5 hours, and I was told by Isabella that was because another groomer called out and they had to take on the additional dogs. I don’t think that’s fair or safe for the pets and I should’ve been made aware of that in the beginning. I made sure to brush my dog regularly before her second grooming, and she only had a couple of small tangles behind her ears. I was still charged the exact same additional fee as the first visit, even though there was significantly less work involved. When I questioned it, I was told it’s always the same price whether it’s a few tangles or a lot which didn’t make sense to me. I also paid extra for teeth brushing and honestly couldn’t tell any difference. Even when I asked how my dog did during the teeth brushing she looked surprised like she forgot. I felt like I was constantly being charged additional fees, and the experience just wasn’t worth the money.

Crystal is an angel in dog groomer form. Our rescue pup can get startled by loud noises, and she recommended times to come in that are less busy. We regrettably had to go to another more expensive dog grooming salon a few weeks ago, leaving his coat uneven. Crystal did an amazing job today and so graciously fixed his uneven cut. My dog looks amazing and smells like a field of sunshine and rainbows. It is evident the team here is very professional and trained to handle all types of dogs and temperaments. Cannot recommend enough!

My dog had a leg injury about nine months ago, and I provided this information in advance during the grooming check-in process. After driving 30 minutes to the location for the appointment, I was told they could not groom my dog without a note from a veterinarian. What made the experience even more frustrating was their explanation that the groomer had only arrived five minutes before the scheduled appointment, so they were unable to call me ahead of time to let me know. If a doctor’s note was required based on information I had already provided, this should have been communicated before I made the trip. This was a complete waste of my time and could have easily been avoided with better communication. Extremely disappointing experience. I would give zero stars if that were an option.
