  - WARNING about Teterboro Petco Vet. I trusted them with my 6 year old Sphynx before my surgery. The vet and Lisa gave me a list to rehome her. I gave Giza my Sphynx to people I thought were good, but they abused her, starved her and moved her to other homes without my permission. I had to rescue my Sphynx with the police from 2 hours away driving by south shore. I have vet records and proof **UPDATE 8/19** Update to owner's response: I contacted the owner directly as he suggested. He hung up on me mid-conversation. After checking my email, he replied stating he is not responsible for anything outside his store. My Sphynx cat Giza was harmed after being in the care of a vet/tech network associated with his location. She was returned drugged/lethargic, dehydrated, starved, lost most of her weight and with dark stool. I have vet documentation and photos. This is about accountability and standard of care. They used my Sphynx Giza to build their network. By drugging her, starving her, etc... . The vet herself kept asking me if I want my cat or not during her vaccine before my surgery. Go figure

  This store should not sell live fish. I saw the problem and I still decided to buy fishes for my tank and that's my mistake. All the fish tanks they are displaying contains dead fishes in it. I should have just listened to myself and don't buy . But here we are never learn for free. After I choose the fish I need and I been watching them in the tank and see them normal and "healthy" . I took them home wich is 10 minutes drive and immediately two fishes are dead. That was Thursday. And Saturday morning another one died. They only refunded me today for the two fishes . And said I need to bring the 3rd fish for refund . I don't think I will go back to this store ever again.

  I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Petco Grooming. The main issue was the customer service I received from Justine. She had a very unpleasant attitude throughout our interaction and came across as frustrated and irritated. It was uncomfortable listening to her complain about her job and responsibilities while assisting customers. As a customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and courtesy, regardless of how busy the day may be. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but bringing that negativity into interactions with customers is not appropriate. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a more positive experience.
