  Jessica and Josh at Petco absolutely deserve recognition for going above and beyond with their customer service! They are both truly star employees who consistently make every experience better. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help are exactly what great customer service should look like. They are the reason I continue coming back to the Ledgewood NJ location. Petco is lucky to have employees like Jessica and Josh—thank you both for everything you do! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The worker who was there, I don't remember his name. He was very helpful. He lifted a cat scratcher down from the top shelf. After I paid, I pulled up to the front of the store, he placed the scratcher in the back of my car. He was polite, courteous & more than willing to help me. On top of that, he has served our country & I thanked him for his service.

  Took my young poodle for grooming service. Original appointment was for 2:30pm, but groomer Andrea asked me If I can come in early 1-1:30 , since she had a cancellation. I agreed walked in at 1:05pm. Upon consultation with Andrea touching my dog she was consistent about shaving my dog because stating “his hair is knotted, but not matted”. She stated she can try to untagled his fur but it takes time and it will be extra. I told her I will pay for it, but then she said but I don't have time today. I told her so you are just trying to take the easy way out and shave him, you asked me to come in earlier from a cancellation and now you don't have time. I should have known than she just didn't want to groom my dog. Every excuse in the book. I left the store by 1:12pm by 1:20pm I had a missed call from the groomer, called back by 1:30pm for her to let me know she couldn't continue grooming him. That dog wouldn't allow her to touch his paws or face she asked if it was his first time, I told her she didnt bother looking at his chart, since he has been going there for the past 2years we never had an issue till today with her. She was dismissive ask to pick him up. Picked up my baby he was trembling. His body was shaved, his back legs including his paws done shaved down, but his front legs and face not touch. In less than 20mins got all that done . Obvious rush through it putting my dog in distress. This has been a horrible experience with groomer Andrea Rueda. if she didn't feel comfortable doing it just say no from the beginning. We had no prior issues with any other groomer. Specially Leah, you can tell she loves what she does.
