Grooming is wonderful, and we like Andrea for that. She's talented and her schedule works for us. Pricing is fair and competitive.

We spent a good 10 minutes looking around, looking at the stuff and at no time did we even see an employee, let alone someone that would help us with fish and that was knowledgeable. We got really frustrated and said let's go to PetSmart. I just left PetSmart a five star review so that's how that went. Petco can learn a couple of things about how to operate a store. Maybe it was just a bad time or day, but they did absolutely nothing to help me today. This is one of the few negative reviews that I have ever left, and I wouldn't do so if I didn't feel this way. I'm not going to sugarcoat anything, or else what's the point?
