- DGDanielle GennarelliJun 19, 20261.0Never has the items in stock I need. I go there for convenience and then end up at a million different petcos all over looking for one item. I bought the last of the kitten food weeks ago and shelves are not restocked. EDIT: called to speak with closing manager and ask why they never have any products that I need for weeks and why the register never has an associate at it when I’m standing there to ask a question or check out? She said, “it’s not her problem it’s the store managers problem” I was about to say can you take my complaint and have her call me and she hung up on me while I was talking. I called back and they didn’t answer my calls at all. Horrible customer service.

There were hardly any prices on items. The store was not clean looking and I was also looking for cat trees but there is only two with no price tags period and the store appeared to be be messy and not to clean. So I left without buying one thing and drove the PetSmart.

Goldendoodle fur can be notoriously difficult, and Bri is so incredibly skilled!
