  Do not make a appt for the wknd! Staff is rude and wouldnt check me in because i was 5 mins early. Then when i was checked in i waited half hour to even be seen. They overbook appts on the wknd and its awful. The clerk didnt help either with her attitude

  Took my puppy in today to get her shots. The lady goes to take her out of the room. I said I would like her to get her shots done in the room. She states that its "banfield's policy they can't do shots in the room." I know this is a blatant lie because we were in a month ago and there was no issue with doing the shots while I was in the room. So I say well how do I set up a appointment going forward so this is not a issue. She says it doesnt matter that they have to remove the pets from the room per policy. This time I say well I know thats not true because I have been here before and there was no issue then. She then tells me she is going to speak with upper management about that. Well lady you go for it. She tacked on that I signed a contract with the plan and would still have to pay it all out regardless if I go there. Good news there is more then one banfield lady. I will be going to another banfield.

  Horrible is all I can say. They SOLD me what i thought was an insurance plan "optima wellness" . my poor little dog died and they still want me to pay over $800 for the balance of the year. i am grieving my beloved dog and all they care about is money. Why should i continue to pay for services after his death? i now see a class action suit was filed because of this deception. In my opinion , NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE BANFIELD !

  Brought my cat in because she will not longer chew her food. This vet barely looked in her mouth & was quick to push me into doing blood work. Initially she wanted to run an extensive panel which would have run over 500$. Then presented a lower cost panel which all came back fine. I was then told a dental exam would be the best option and then presented with various options of meds to choose from to treat her for pain which there was no confirmation of. Ive called back multiple times, rudly left on hold by Shannon. My only ask was to have a different vet take the time to at the very least take a real look in her mouth before going the expensive route of putting her under anesthesia but ive been dismissed and told I would need to pay for another examination even though I already paid over $300 the first visit. Theres no compassion here, its all about money & forcing you to purchase packages.
