=Annie wasn’t even seen. I made the appointment specifically for 2:00 PM so Annie would be the first patient seen after everyone returned from lunch. That worked perfectly in theory, but it didn’t happen. Since I originally went to the PetSmart in Secaucus (#1487) in March 2025 and waited over 1.5 hours—during which Annie got diarrhea and couldn’t be seen—Nicole tried to make amends by offering another day. When I made this appointment (#4047), I specifically told them about the previous experience at the other location and informed the lady making the appointment that I wanted Annie to be the first patient after lunch. I made sure to arrive early and got there at 1:30 PM, 30 minutes before the appointment. Angelica told me that everyone was out to lunch and asked me to come back in 30 minutes. When I returned, we still waited an additional 30 minutes while Annie was drooling and experiencing severe anxiety. I told the front desk four times, and each time I was told the vet was with another patient and that “this is just like a human doctor’s office. Just because you have an appointment at the time doesn’t mean the doctor will see you at the time,” according to Angelica. I left the fecal sample to be tested but still have not received any results. I also requested a summary and have not received that either. At this point, there is no reason to continue with this service and pay out of my own pocket. I am extremely dissatisfied and plan to close my account once I receive the fecal sample results. This has been a horrible experience at any Banfield location. Angelica needs better training on handling patients and communicating with clients better.

Potter had his yearly teeth cleaning and during his exam they found a tooth with periodontal disease and it needed removal. The staff was AMAZING! Kept me informed before, during and after the removal on how Potter was doing. They were extremely kind and caring with my little boy which put me at ease. I highly recommend this location in Secaucus on County Avenue.

Amazing location and the staff is absolutely the best (sweet/helpful/loving). Thank you for everything- and I attached a pic of the boys as they heal (hopefully 30% less barking) but regardless very much loved.

I took my dog to this place to have him neutered, and they told me I would have to wait two months; three months have already passed. I called three times to see if my dog was still on the waiting list, but they never answered the phone. Never in my life have I had to wait three months; usually, at other veterinary clinics, the wait is only two or three weeks.

Made the first available appt after lunch to go into the appt becuase my dog has horrible anxiety. The petsmart bandfield was 1h 45 mins late for appt and she had diarrhea. Thus the reason for coming here today. Angelica- the front manager- I explained the situation/call when and was told that this like a regular doctor's office. So what was the point of making the first appt after lunch. When it's 230 and the appt was for 2. But I'm told it's like a human doctor's office... OK it's 30mins. I was supposed to be the first appt. You guys are horrible and a huge scam. Bandfield is a waste of time. What is the point of making an appt if you guys can't keep it. Save your excuses becuase you are all the same.
