This hospital is the best hands down! Just brought our dog in yesterday for a teeth cleaning they went above and beyond to help our little man out! He is a senior Jack Russell who has horrible teeth and they pretty much saved his life! I am extremely grateful for all those amazing people working in that office. They helped us out more than they will ever know and they deserve the very best! Thank you so much for all your help I honestly can’t thank you enough! (Banfield Secaucus county ave.) Thank you again! From Coopers family! Xoxo ❤️

Our mini poodle dog had her first dental cleaning here, and she has never been the same since. From that day on, she stopped letting anyone touch her body. She growls, snaps, and sometimes even bites. We brought her back just two days later. They suspected a hip issue, so we agreed to expensive X-rays, but they still couldn’t find the cause and sent us home with pain medication. When the pain didn’t improve, we went for checkup again. Once again, they gave her painkillers and told us they didn’t know what was wrong. Every visit to this clinic was leaving her shaking uncontrollably. We eventually sought a second opinion, and another veterinarian suggested she may have experienced trauma. She used to be the sweetest, most affectionate dog. It’s been months, and we still can’t cuddle or comfort her the way we used to. Watching such a loving dog change so dramatically has been heartbreaking, and despite everything we’ve tried, she still hasn’t recovered. If you choose this clinic, please keep a close eye on your dog.

I would not recommend this veterinary office. I recently moved to the area and brought my cats in for an initial exam. During the visit, I was told both of them have Stage 3 dental disease and needed to come back as soon as possible for dental cleanings. The earliest appointment available was three weeks later, which I accepted. The day before that appointment, I received a missed call to confirm it. When I called back, I was told there was no appointment in the system and no record of it ever being canceled or rescheduled. I was confused, but the office was able to book me for another appointment three weeks later. Two days before that second appointment, I called to confirm everything. Once again, I was told there was no appointment in their system. Now the earliest they can see my cats is sometime in August, more than a month later. It’s incredibly frustrating to be told my pets need prompt treatment, only to have appointments repeatedly disappear from the system. Whether this is a scheduling issue or a problem with their software, it needs to be fixed. Delays like this put pets at unnecessary risk and undermine confidence in the care being provided.
