- JCJoydip Chakraborty4 days ago1.0This review only pertains to this location and not Petco in general. I have good experience in other Petco. I brought my puppy for grooming today (07/04). My appointment was at 11:00, but I got late by 5 min due to traffic. The girl at the grooming counter confirmed the name of my puppy immediately and THEN made us wait in the queue for 15 minutes. Next, she said our appointment is canceled as we were 5 minutes late. She was rude and non-friendly. There was no explanation as to why she made us wait 15 minutes before telling us about the cancellation, and how come being 5 minutes late is such a big deal. I never received any confirmation call either before the cancellation. Her attitude was stubborn and unprofessional. Never going back to this petco again.
