  I saw Dr. Keegan in cardiology after my routine vet brought up concerns. Dr. Keegan was absolutely amazing. He was calm and friendly which was comforting given my stressful state. He took his time with me to explain the results and next steps to take with my routine vet. Luna and I thank you!

  Yes, emergency are expensive. But from when I called to walking in and throughout the process I was overly explained how much each action would cost by a printed list. I greatly appreciated this. It was my choice to then choose which test or medications to move forward with. I wish it was like this when I go to the doctors office. The vet and staff were patient, kind and even offered me a tissue when I cried. My cat is doing better and his condition will need more care. We were there 4+ hours but only 3 staff members where there that I could see and at least 4 patients were seen plus me. Overall I would return if I had another emergency. Thank you for helping my cat and me.

  We have a dog with a lot of digestive issues so we've unfortunately had to come here many times. They always so kind, informative, and knowledgeable. They also make it really easy for your vet to receive all the records from the emergency visit.

  Doctor spoke entirely too fast along with strong accent, could not narrow down what was wrong with my pet.. Did not listen when I said my pet has severe separation anxiety kept telling me heart rate was not normal and too high even for anxiety! Gave me list of 10-15 possible diagnosis it could be and suggested I go to another place to get ultrasound, why wouldn’t you have equipment to do that here is insane!! To suggest to a stressed out pet parent and stressed out pet to go to another place for procedure is insane and unacceptable!! Gave my pet one medication and it didn’t calm her down then said had to give another medication my pet was so heavily drugged. That the next day she wasn’t fully awake. I’m so upset and mad at myself for even taking pet here!! 😡 stressed and drugged my pet only for me to still NOT know what’s wrong with my pet!!

  I just wanna say the staff are amazing. They really care about animals. They are one of a kind. God bless everyone here. The director Dr. Guy is an amazing human being. God bless her.
