Banfield came to greatly recommended by people whom I trust. The phone announced I was taking my sick cat to a hospital. In reality I was taken my cat to a clinic whom I spent over $550 for test just to told I had to take my sick cat to a hospital bs he needed to stabilize 1st. I have to say I was confused and overwhelmed. I never expected to be these people couldn't care for him. I was clear hesa diabetic and had stopped eating. I had already taken him to an urgent care who said needs a vet. $1600 later I come Banfield expected a vet but got a clinic not a hospital. Sadly my cat was in alot of pain and I know he hated being in the car and vets. I choose to euthanize my sweet boy. To make matters even worse when I asked the staff to stop talking to me while I saying goodbye about how I wanted his ashes the person keep asking questions about the ashe bills and how much it was. It was rude and insensitive. I asked her to stop. I have no idea what I ordered. I just said yes to what ever she said to get her to stop. I think I spent over 900 when I left heartbroken 💔 😥. Im just getting him back today. I did talk to vet about how I felt. He said they don't talk to people after because it insensitive 😒 . I cant understand that. I wanted pease my last few minutes to be about my cat. At the end of the day I had to make a horrible choice. He was very sick. I'm not good giving my cat needle and completely overwhelmed by clinic hospital urgent care craziness. 8-13 he was diagnosed with diabetes and by 8-18. He was gone.

I highly recommend Banfield at West Windsor. They employ very caring and attentive staff. Our dog Casper started seeing Banfield staff 3 years ago. Everyone is very professional . I also recall a Wellness Plan.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Banfield Pet Hospital. I have been bringing my pet here for 13 years, and I have never felt as dismissed or uncomfortable as I did during this visit. I specifically explained to the woman with glasses that my mother in law had passed away just two days earlier and that one of my concerns was that my dog had been acting differently since her passing. Instead of showing even basic compassion or acknowledging my concern, she simply took my dog to the back and never followed up with me about it. I also specifically asked that the information the doctor gave me over the phone be explained to my husband when he picked up our dog. Instead, he was given no real summary or explanation he was basically just told what he needed to pay. After 13 years of being a loyal client, this was incredibly disappointing. At a veterinary hospital, compassion and communication should matter just as much as the medical care. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling like we were nothing more than a transaction. We will definitely be switching to another Banfield location.

Wow wow wow I must say I have never experienced such amazing care and love for animals as I did when visiting this hospital my dog is very anxious when coming to the vets office and me and my wife hate leaving him for too long but the safe here makes us feel more comfortable as they are very sweet and patient with him especially the girls at the front desk Abby and Taylor are so sweet and genial and let our max take his time getting on the scale and they are slow when taking him back not rushing him even when they are busy they take the time to shower him in love and drs are great both Cymerman and Z are awesome making sure that when we drop off we pick up as soon as possible and they always make sure we leave with everything we need. Very family friendly and we love that they have a very consistent staff we know that when we go we will always have a familiar face. It’s nice coming into an office where no matter how busy they seem to be they always have a smile and warm welcome the attitudes in the office really are amazing they never let stress effect how they treat us coming in

Okay, here I go. The treatment of Hispanic people in this place is horrible, very discriminatory. I can’t believe that for six years I have taken my little animals to this place despite every bad experience I’ve had there. To tell you, the last time, I had to give my cat the vaccine myself because they refused to give it, supposedly because my cat was very aggressive. But that’s what a hospital is for, to handle all kinds of animals, and my cat is not aggressive because I gave him the vaccine, the easiest one. I had to take control of my cat myself and do it all myself, as if I wasn’t paying for that service. Also, the last few times I’ve gone, I have received bad information about my animals’ vaccines because they gave me information that my animals didn’t need any vaccines when they actually did. So, the last time I went, I received very discriminatory treatment from the front staff. There is a girl who has many tattoos and has huge ear piercings. That girl, that woman, didn’t even look me in the face when I was telling her what I needed, and she treated me in a very discriminatory way. I called the doctor to make my complaint, and the other person who was there was laughing, probably because I can’t speak perfect English, but that mistreatment wasn’t necessary just for being a Hispanic person. It is a horrible place; I do not recommend it. They need to be more professional. It doesn’t matter the race or ethnicity of the person; all people—wait, something like this—they should be more professional regardless of race or how poorly a person might speak the language. Every person deserves respect and good treatment, especially when we are paying for a service.
