- NFNodasia FisherAug 2, 20263.0I been going to vetco for years with both my dogs , for years . I always had good experiences until recently , let me explain . I have a small Maltipoo named Maylani she is only 6 pds. I don't trust many people with her but I decided to take Maylani to petco grooming . She was going to Sarah at first and Sarah was amazing ! Took her time and made sure we were happy ! Today I took her to a new groomer named Jamie , at first when I picked my puppy up everything seemed fine , even tipped her a cash tip . Only to leave and have to return because my dogs tail was still matted in spots , that was the entire reason I took her to get groomed. After returning the first time Jamie did help us without a problem . I got back into the car to comb my puppy tail only to find another knot at the top of her tail . Now I had to return all the way back . After telling Jamie her tail was still knotted with an attitude Jamie insisted it wasn't . Even pulling out a comb , I had to take the comb and literally show Jamie the knot myself . Jamie then proceeded to forcefully comb the knot out my puppy tail right in front of me , while my dog cried in pain . She should not be allowed to groom small dogs . She will never see my puppy again .

Today I make an appointment and 2 minutes later they call me to tell me they’re really busy and wanted me to bring my dog another day, why would you let me do the appointment and then call me to tell me we can take you in today cause we are very busy. What kind of customer service is that. Really really upset. To sign up for premier service and all other things they were so nice on first visit but it looks like it’s just to get you in and after that treat you the way they just did to me today. “We gonna cancel your appointment cause we’re really busy today, if you can come another day”
