Not to be forgotten-Lisa, the star of the day. I spoke with Lisa last week about the same issue. At that.time, Lisa took down my info. While I was talking to Alison about.my issue, Lisa came with the piece of paper that contained the notes from our original conversation. Thanks Lisa, THAT was outstanding customer service. You and Alison restored my faith in Petco.

After interacting with a few employees who rather not be there engaging with customers, plus no restrooms for customers. This Petco will not be our go to for pet supplies. I now see why brick and mortar establishments are going under. Poor customer service all around.

I went to the aquatic center wanting more information and asked a man named Caleb if he would help me. He was attending another customer and completely ignored me so I asked the other woman names Anmarie who also was busy and rudely ignored me. I was so desperate for more information a random customer answered my questions. They were extremely rude and passive. Then I get to the cashier and he’s even WORSE horrific horrific customer service. He absolutely didn’t wanna be there. He was a heavier set man perhaps Filipino if I had to guess. Anywho as I said typically I have a good experience but not this time.
