- ABAaron BellOct 2, 20261.0I had an extremely disappointing experience at this grooming salon with my dog, Karter. I specifically booked with Jenna and was told about the haircut length and potential additional charge if his coat was considered matted. I also paid an additional $25 for nail trimming, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning, but those services were not completed. The haircut itself was shocking—Karter looked completely unrecognizable when I picked him up and the result was nothing like what I expected or discussed. The entire appointment also appeared very rushed, which was reflected in the final result. I trusted this salon to properly care for and groom my dog, and unfortunately, I left feeling very upset and disappointed. I paid for services that were not performed and will not be returning. I strongly recommend being very clear about what services are actually being provided before leaving your pet.
